Jim, who I believe was the service manager, was wonderful. He outlined the long list of services I needed with sensitivity toward the cost and broke it down in a way that I was easily able to plan wonderful. The person who looked at rust inside my doors and hatch however, was quick and cut and dry in telling me that the rust was like "cancer", once started there really was nothing to mitigate it, and it would just continue to get worse. Stopped to get the airbag light Cheeked to see if it was serious they spent two hours came back charging me 250.00 to turn off check engine light!!! Which wasn’t even on to begin with. I get my car and the air bag light was still on !!!! I left didn’t drive my car the next day the following day the check battery light came on ! Geeze thanks for nothing . So now I have to have someone correct the problem they caused ! The battery and alternator are fine I had them checked so something they did with computer messed up and I’m not having them look at it again . Sorry they have serviced all my cars never again! More
