The vehicle was in for the Works Package, Multipoint inspection and state inspection. Keri, the service advisor was very pleasant and explained things well, all the while being the only advisor there inspection and state inspection. Keri, the service advisor was very pleasant and explained things well, all the while being the only advisor there and customers and techs all vying for her attention - she handled the stress very well ! I have been going to Nye for 25+ years and I have noticed the last few visits there seems be be a lot of turnover in the service department. More
