Brought my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation and they said my brakes were good in the front but starting to get worn down in the rear, then later called me to say that the back brakes are actual and they said my brakes were good in the front but starting to get worn down in the rear, then later called me to say that the back brakes are actually gone bad because they have separated and then they Suggested I had a brake service done on my truck so I had a brake service done and then two days later I had to have my truck towed because somehow one of the clips in the driver side front breaks came undone by itself and wedged itself between the caliper and my rim causing damage to my rim yes, they did pay to have my truck towed back to the dealership and repaired the brakes at no expense, but still haven’t got a straight answer about if they’re gonna take the responsibility of replacing my rim after them, causing damage to it from the brakes Falling that they serviced More
