Service, tech, and person that I talk to Casey did a fabulous job. The vehicle had to go back several times but it wasn't because of their knowledge it was because the computer wasn't showing a faulty m fabulous job. Service Manager was inattentive to my explanation of my problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. Didn't seem right that you couldn't get the right part number until the engine intake was removed problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. Didn't seem right that you couldn't get the right part number until the engine intake was removed and not sure the part is in stock. Couldn't tell me how many days it would take for the repair. The tech was very nice, he saw me leaving unsatisfied and explained the problem and told me where I could get help, and I shouldn't be having this problem with so few miles with the vehicle in such good shape, and seemed like he wanted to,help and fix my vehicle.
