NYE GMC are a bunch of scam artists. I have a 2023 GMC sierra Denali I purchased from another dealer and had serviced at NYE GMC. I have a extended 150,000 mile warranty purchased and my I have a 2023 GMC sierra Denali I purchased from another dealer and had serviced at NYE GMC. I have a extended 150,000 mile warranty purchased and my vehicle only have 5700 miles on it when I brought it in for service due to me I hitting a small pothole and I was there just to have the front end looked at. The night before my appointment my check engine light popped on , which was week after hitting the pothole and 1000 Miles later. Service mgr Mark Ann told me my charge intercooler is leaking, which was located, butted up against the radiator. Well, service had fabricated a story that the pothole caused the damage, and that there was physical damage on the charge cooler . They refused to put this through my original factory warranty and charged me $1100 or they wouldn’t release my vehicle. I paid the $1100 and demanded that they give me the charge cooler that they stated it was damaged by the pothole. I brought it for a second opinion to another GMC dealer who deemed there with NO physical damage to it of any sort which would’ve caused the cooler to fail caused by me. NYE Director of service Mike memory refuses to refund my money so I was forced to file a small claims action against NYE. THIS IS A FAIR WARNING FOR ANYONE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS AT NYE. DAN SHIRTZ CARES SO MUCH ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS THAT HE DIDN’T EVEN CALL ME BACK AFTER I LEFT 2 MESSAGES FOR HIM. They put the front and back together all crooked and uneven. I had to pay a body shop to fix it. More
