1. The invoice did not reflect the correct hourly rate. The invoice was 159.00 an hour but the actual amount was 199.00, very strange. 2. Bizarre, took me 2 minutes to tighten the bolt. 5. Spent 4,500.00 $ and they didn't even wash the vehicle. At least when you buy an KIA, they wash and vacuum even just for an oil change. More
