Ever since the new owners took over Nye ford things are not the same. Sarah is wonderful and always goes above and beyond. I just hope she does not leave. The phone system there does not work. I ended up pulling in and Sarah was able to get me in and take care of me. Not having a phone system that works where people can get someone to talk to or book an appointment is hurting the business. I scheduled my service online but when i showed up they were not prepared and did not know why I was there. I waited 3.5 hours while they were supposedly correcting the service warning issue I was getting were not prepared and did not know why I was there. I waited 3.5 hours while they were supposedly correcting the service warning issue I was getting only to be told... again after 3,5 hours, That they couldn't make the error appear again and asked me to either leave the vehicle or bring it back another day. I realize that if the error doesn't appear that it is difficult to diagnose but making the customer wait that long is unacceptable. More
