4/25/2023- Abdul sold me a false warranty I found out today. I paid $2,995 for extra false warranty. I need something covered under my warranty that is good for 2 years to find out that the shop never today. I paid $2,995 for extra false warranty. They do not answer calls so I will go in person on Monday. I may just need to go to court and this is almost 1 year since I bought this car. This is too much energy, exhausting. DO NOT GO HERE! Post from 8 months ago- I purchased a Mercedes C250 on May 30, 2022 from this dealership in Hempstead being promised a 3 year warranty for a certain price and was given a 2 year warranty. The main reason that I give a 1 star rating is because I have been having issues with this car and am going back to have it serviced next week for the 3rd time. I needed 4 new tires, which I got, new brakes and many other things. I am now going back for a new coolant tank. The red triangular light continues to go off sporadically with a beeping noise when I drive, which is the warning sign that something is wrong. I was told that it would have stopped once new tires were put on but it has not stopped. I need little things such as a cover that is missing for the mirror on my sun visor and my ash tray does not close. With the warranty I purchased, it stated that I get navigation/GPS tracker for a certain amount of time along with Sirius XM which is fine that I don't have. At this point, I'm not asking for all of this, I just want the red light to stop flashing in my dashboard, telling me that something is wrong, and to fix anything that needs repairing. I had to show up in person at the Hempstead location to get responses, which were to go to the Freeport service center for everything, in which they are helping me. I will change this rating to something on a positive note once my car is properly taken car of. If not, this will be reported to the better business bureau. I also read about prices and wanted to add hat I paid $24,992 for a car listed as $12,877. More
