Mizan was very helpful and professional and although other dealers turned me down bc of my bad credit, he got me approved!!!!!! Don't let them get you how they got me! This place is terrible (the BRONX location) after they make the sale they treat you like xxxx....at the moment of sale I didn't have the title to the This place is terrible (the BRONX location) after they make the sale they treat you like xxxx....at the moment of sale I didn't have the title to the car I was trading in (was waiting for it to come in the mail) so they told me I wouldn't get any of my paperwork til I brought the title which I kinda understood (don't know y they couldn't give me some instead of nothing but whatever ) when I finally brought in my title they didn't have any of my paperwork I had to come back the next day for it and they paperwork they gave me didn't even include my bill of sale which I had to request and they told me to come back two days later for that which I did and a second copy of what they gave me, in the bill a sale I saw a sale price of the car that was much more then the car price a car that was advertise for 18295 I basically paid 27395 for where the heck the almost $10k came from when you ask the financial manager questions he gives you a "why does this concern you " attitude. Love the car , despise the service More
