ALTHOUGH I WENT IN TO DO A CASH BUY OUT MIKE INSISTED THAT I FINANCE THE CAR SO THAT I CAN GET A DISCOUNT. ALTHOUGH WE AGREED ON THE SELLING PRICE AND I MADE SURE THEY GAVE ME A BILL OF SALE BEFORE I PURCHASED THE CAR THEY STILL SAID "OH MY BOSS SAID WE CAN'T SELL YOU THE CAR FOR THAT PRICE" BILL OF SALE OR NOT THEY WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD. ALTHOUGH I DECIDED TO FINANCE FOR THE DISCOUNT THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE DISCOUNTED PRICE THEY SAID FOR FINIANCING! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR KICK BACK FROM THE FINANCE COMPANIES! IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING OR LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT WHICH THEY WILL TELL YOU ONLY ONE HARD HIT MEANWHILE THEY DID 5 HITS ON MINE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CAR BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION AND AFTER YOUR DONE WITH THE CREDIT CHECK AND READY TO SIGN. WHEN I DROVE FOR A TEST DRIVE NO CHECK ENGINE OR ERROR CODES POPPED UP BUT AFTER I FINISHED SIGNING MY LIFE AWAY AND WAS READY TO DRIVE HOME I DROVE ONE BLOCK AND ALL THE LIGHTS CAME ON LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE, I AM SURE THEY CLEARED THE CODES BEFORE I TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE. AFTER I DROVE OFF I RETURNED RIGHT AWAY AND BELIEVE ME WHEN THEY SAY AS IS THEY LITERALLY MEAN THAT EVEN DRIVING ONE BLOCK AWAY!!! IN ADDITION TO THE ERROR CODES ON THE DASH WHEN I OPENED THE SUNROOF IT DID NOT OPEN, ALTHOUGH I ADDRESSED IT TO MIKE HE DID NOT WANT TO FIX ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WILL COST HIM MONEY INSTEAD HE TOLD ME WE SOLD YOU AN EXTENDED WARRANTY BRING IT BACK AND WE'LL FIX IT THROUGH THE WARRANTY. I HAVE BEEN BUYING CARS FOR OVER 35+ YEARS AND THIS BY FAR HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IF I CAN OFFER SOME ADVISE TO YOU, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE I WOULD LOVE TO SAVE YOU FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEY DON'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT ANYONE. THEY ALSO OFTEN CHANGE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AND GO BANKRUPT AND OPEN UP IN A DIFFERENT NAME THAT'S WHY I WROTE THEIR NAME AND ADDRESS! YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR CORPORATE NAME BUT YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE ADDRESS! THE SALESMAN EDISON SUPPOSEDLY DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND THAT'S BECAUSE HE IS A PUPPET FOLLOWING MIKES ORDERS! HE TRIED TO APOLOGIZE ON THEIR BEHALF BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY SORRY DOES NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. IN THE MEANTIME I HAD A CAR I OVER PAID FROM THE ORIGINAL AGREED PRICE AND HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK TO GET IT FIXED WHICH THE SUNROOF ALONE IS A WHOLE DAY NOT INCLUDING THE SENSORS, AS IT TURNS OUT THE WARRANTY REFUSED TO FIX THE SENSORS BECAUSE THE CAR WAS INVOLVED IN A FENDER BENDER FRONT AND REAR WHICH WAS NOT LISTED ON THE CARFAX! THE SENSORS WAS GOING TO COST $7,500.00 TO REPLACE. I GOT RID OF THE CAR AND LOST $10K+ ON THE TRADE IN. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE! FYI MIKE WAS THE SO CALLED MANAGER! I HAVE PICTURES, EMAILS AND TEXT TO PROVE MY POINT. PLEASE NOTE THIS REVIEW IS NOTHING PERSONAL, I'VE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES, AND MANY CALLS WERE IGNORED OR NEVER RESPONDED TO. MY LAST EMCOUNTER WAS WITH A DIFFERENT MANAGER NAMED ANTHONY, HE CALLED ME AND OFFERED ME FOR MY INCOVENIENCE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR 5 DEDUCTIBLES AT $100.00 EACH, I ENDED UP PAYING THE MERCEDES DEALER $700.00+ TO HAVE THE CAR CHECKED AND SINCE THE WARRANTY DID NOT COVER THE THE SENSORS I HAD TO REFUSE THE REPAIR BECAUSE I COULDN'T PAY $7,500.00 FOR THE SENSORS. I PLEADED WITH THE MANAGER ANTHONY TO REIMBURSE ME AT LEAST THE $500.00 HE TOLD ME, BUT HE KEPT TELLING ME HE HAD TO TALK TO HIS BOSS AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I GAVE THEM ALL THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, THEIR SILENCE LEFT ME NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THIS ROUTE AND HOPEFULLY IF I CAN SAVE AS MANY PEOPLE FROM MY EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE ME HAPPY. I WILL BE FILLING A REVIEW HERE, WITH GOOGLE AND ANY OTHER SITE THAT I CAN FIND INCLUDING FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. More

Worst experience ever. I went to see a car but they told me that one of the manager had the key which is totally fine because i went without an appointment. The day of my appointment i called Joel Becerra(my salesperson) to asked him if the car was still there and if it was ready because i live in NJ and it was a 2 hour drive and i did not wanted to waste my time and my money. He said yes, that everything was ready, that he had the key and everything. So when i got there he told me that he was busy and asked another guy to take care of me but then the other guy was looking for the car keys and did not find it and then he told me that the car was getting serviced. Therefore, thats when i realized that Joel did not want to take care of me that day because he knew the car was not ready and not because he was “busy” like he said, he did not even have the courage to look at me and tell me in my face that he messed up. Finally, i would not recommend this salesperson not even to my worst enemy, he is very irresponsible and a big liar! I gave one star on the review because thats the lowest i could give but in reality he deserves 0! More

More importantly, read the responses from the dealership. Notice the disrespectful tone. According to management's reviews, almost every consumer is somehow at fault, not reading, not understanding what they are reading and having chips on their shoulder. They take no responsibility. From the start of the appointment it was just unprofessional and childish. I'm from California trying to buy a 2020 Ram 1500 which they also advertised using a trick price after you pay a down payment I called the dealership and I end up talking to Angel who confirm the price of they also advertised using a trick price after you pay a down payment I called the dealership and I end up talking to Angel who confirm the price of $44.5 plus dowpayment of $3 plus dealer fees of 1495 hw said there is also a certification cost of $5k but is optional so I decided to proceed with the purchase and I started talking to Yomarie Rodriguez who said the price went up by $2k overnight and additionally there was a certification cost of $5k that need it to be included in the cost I said Angel confirmed to me that that was optional she said no but she will talk to Angel to confirm that and she will call me in 10 minutes of course she ever called me back they are bunch of scammers... Please read the reviews before you contact this dealership so you know wat you will be facing with this people consistent scam behavior. Joe More
BE WARE SCAMMERS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I as interested in a Hyundai Kona that was advertised as an estimated 21K on car gurus 23K on Edmunds and 2K on the dealer website. The first day I went in the sales as a Hyundai Kona that was advertised as an estimated 21K on car gurus 23K on Edmunds and 2K on the dealer website. The first day I went in the sales associate immediately disregarded the information I was sharing with him and told me the car was not going to sell for 28K. I asked if he could talk to the manager and he said no. They called me the next day to come back in and speak with another associate Tiana, who was very kind. The only person who tried to actually help me. The manager came to me and Tiana and told me he could sell me the car for 25K (dealer fees included) and then after asking him to confirm the deal I consented. They then had me wait 3-4 hours to speak to finance manager that seemed like he was ever going to address me or my sales associate, so I went to the finance office myself. FINALLY, he was trying to help me find decent rates but something was fishy the monthly payment kept coming up super high, so I asked to look at the application he was submitting and saw that they added 3K in bumper to bumper coverage. I asked him why did he add that and told him that I didn't want it. He told me he could not sell me the car with out and try to say it was because of the banks but then proceeded to tell me the car is 28K. Aggravated, I explained that was not the end deal the manger and I consented to and had I known I was going to be forced to buy coverage just so they could go back up to the original asking price I would have left and never gave them permission to run my credit. Instead I was manipulated, spent my whole day in a dealership to leave with nothing. The head manager also reconfirmed that despite the fact that that wasn't the deal and they had already ran my credit that he would not sell me the car if I didn't accept his ultimate. The tone was condescending from all male employees and they really tried to insult my intelligence. DISGUSTING. Save the trip and your time. More
