This dealership is a JOKE. Never in my life have I heard of a dealership that REFUSES to speak to customers over the phone. Yes, REFUSES. The person that contacts you is a rand Never in my life have I heard of a dealership that REFUSES to speak to customers over the phone. Yes, REFUSES. The person that contacts you is a random person who is NOT at the dealership, and cannot answer ANY questions, the only thing they can do is make an appointment for you. ANY AND ALLLLLLLLL QUESTIONS you may have must be ASKED IN PERSON. I expressed I live 2 hours away and have never heard of such a thing that you can only communicate with a dealership after making an appointment … (I also work in a dealership but in NJ) and the man on the phone MOCKED ME and said that ALL DEALERSHIPS work like this, “standard” is what he called it. Can you imagine? No information, nothing just drive 2 hours to SPEAK / ASK any questions and “hope” for the best…. Waste of time. I can only imagine having actually bought a vehicle here and having to call back to ask a question or check on the status of plates / registration and being told “You have to drive here to speak to someone” … a COMPLETE JOKE. Don’t waste your time, there are many other dealerships, save your breath / patience and go somewhere else. More

No matter how much I live the look and feel of my 2016 Ford Taurus, I now realize I was driving a go cart. My car could barely keep the engine light off after 14 days. They send you to a neighborhood shop who pulled my leg about the light for a month. When I go to get an inspection the car belt was on the verge of popping and required work in order to pass the inspection. A few weeks after my car completed fell apart at the wheels just before going over the Staten Island Bridge. Thank God my angels were working. I was able to get my car towed to the FORD dealer where it is sitting with a $800.00 ticket. Please bring a mechanic when your come to this dealer. More
