Well well well...How can I start this story. I have heard a lot about Nxcess Motors for a while now (both good and bad) and they seem to have really cool cars. So when I go up to the dealership I assume they a lot about Nxcess Motors for a while now (both good and bad) and they seem to have really cool cars. So when I go up to the dealership I assume they know a lot about good foreign vehicles. But on this particular faithful day I went up there with my wife to look at a beautiful BMW 335i coupe. The salesman that approached us seemed to be ok, but then quickly became extremely annoying because he kept showing me cars I didn't want. Then when I finally directed him to the BMW 335i he told me to check out the car and get inside (with my wife in the backseat) jus to see how it feels. He then stated that he would drive the car around the feeder of HWY 59S so we could feel how it is to be in a BMW like this. The dude told us to put on our seat belts. All of a sudden the sales guy jutted out into the street at 80mph! I kid you not, the guy was going so fast I literally thought to myself "this must be a joke or something, where are the camera's? I must be on TV". I quickly recalled to memory that youtube viral video where Jeff Gordon was impersonating a car salesman and took a dude on a ride of his life Nascar style! this is exactly what happened to us on this day. The Salesman on Nxcess was going 80-90mph accelerating real fast and making quick u-turns under the 59S bridge. He then jutted into oncoming traffic back onto the 59S feeder, cars were honking their hornes and yelling at us. He proceeded to pound his foot on the accelerator and shifting really fast jutting and weaving through traffic while cars kept honking their horns at us. I literally could not believe he was so crazy as to risk the lives of potential customers or even risk the lives of other drivers on the road. He could have totaled the car. the entire time i felt like i was on a roller coaster, I kept telling myself that the danger is not real, that it will all end soon. Once we got back to Nxcess motors the sales guy asked "So was that a ride or what?!" And I looked at him and shock and disbelief that he hadn't removed his mask to reveal that he was indeed Jeff Gordon but instead just an average joe that literally put our lives in danger. That this was not a joke or some sort of tv show with hidden cameras but instead it was a real attempt at harming potential customers! Although I was impressed by the cars performance (that car was wicked fast) I was beginning to dislike this car buying experience mostly because we had a screwball for a sales guy. He then told me he could give me a crazy deal on the car. Initially the car was listed at $32K, but he said He can go to $28k which was a huge discount, but that seemed to good to be true especially for a car with only 22k miles. I told him I needed to see the car fax and thats when things got interesting. He went inside and came back with the car fax in his hand and was showing us what the car fax said (but wouldn't let us hold the car fax report). Thats when he admitted that the car had some "small" damage on the rear and front part of the car. He tried to dismiss the claim stating that it was probably a small bumper to bumper crash but no frame damage. But that was ridiculous considering the fact that the owner no longer wanted the car since the car was put into auction months later. My wife grew weary of the guy so she demanded to see the car fax paperwork so we could leave and evaluate it at home. The sales guy had the most reluctant look on his face, held the paperwork for like 5 seconds and then eventually gave my wife the car fax report. It was so akward and shady as to why he was reluctant to release that car fax paperwork. smh. All in all, my experience there was bad, and combined that with all the negative feedback you see here, this dealership might not be worth even considering or even their cars. Just don't even bother. Go to Carmax, go buy a car at sticker value at least you know what you are dealing with and they won't sell you a lemon car. Only buy cars from the actual manufacturer/franchise branded dealership or from Carmax or Texas Auto Direct or any place that can guarantee you warranty or a return period. Anyone else notice how the reviews on this site are really polarized? You see perfect scores mixed with horrific scores, which might suggest that someone (Nxcess employees) might be tinkering with the reviews so they don't get a bad average rating. More

Ivonne...Absolutely terrible employee, didnt know a thing about the S class and just handed me the keys and seemed very unmotivated to sell me a car... I finally found the car and it was being painted in the back far corner of the lot by some questionable characters. Why would the manager pass me on to an employee whos not going to help me??? And then it turns out the car was damaged and being repaired in the back of the lot. BUYER BEWARE More
I have now purchased two beautiful almost-new, low mileage, pre-owned Mercedes from Nxcess. First, I believe they are miracle workers because I have horrible credit! However, both times, I was approv mileage, pre-owned Mercedes from Nxcess. First, I believe they are miracle workers because I have horrible credit! However, both times, I was approved at a reasonable interest rate and in and out of the dealership in 30-45 minutes. Mr. Chau was incredibly patient with me; he opened up and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. He has a very calm and endearing demeanor. I loved him! Unlike other sales people at other dealerships, he was never pushy, and in fact, he was very easy going and quiet, which allowed me to think with a clear head and decide what I really wanted. No haggling at all! I filled out very simple paperwork, put NO MONEY down, and even though I am an independent contractor with bad credit, AL GARZA, aka "Miracle Worker", who handles the financing, had me driving away in a perfect new Mercedes in 30 minutes. His wife, Suzette Nguyen, wrapped up the paperwork with me and went over all the details. She made sure I understood everything I was signing, and she even double-checked the CarFax for me to make sure I was getting the perfect car. And let me now tell you about my perfect car: it STILL SMELLS NEW! It has only 20k miles, and it is sexy as xxxx and fully loaded!!! Hello! I put no money down! I got exactly what I wanted; they literally have the best selection I've seen of pre-owned luxury cars anywhere (I drove from Austin, 6+ hours round trip both times). They have everything from Bentleys and Maseratis, to Mercedes and BMW, and I'm positive that I saw more cars in inventory than they have online, so if you don't see what you want online, I know they either have it or will do everything possible to get exactly what you want (as opposed to what they want to sell you/move off the lot like some dealers do). They are class acts, professional, and they got me approved TWO times for stunning cars, with little to no money down, at a reasonable rate. I will never buy a car anywhere else! By the way, the first time, I was there a total of 45 minutes; the second time, I called ahead, and AL GARZA had the financing and paperwork already put together, and CHAU had already pulled the keys to the cars I wanted to see. I've never been treated so well, so fairly, ever, when buying a car, and I've had dozens of luxury cars in the past 15 years! Oh, and because I was in a rental car, they had one of their employees follow me to return my rental vehicle, unload my suitcases from the rental vehicle, and then he drove me back to Nxcess, where he then loaded my new car for me. This is the best customer service anyone could ask for. Let me now contrast this experience to the one I had elsewhere before stumbling upon Nxcess. A girlfriend of mine, who is also an independent contractor, told me to visit her car dealer, which is also in Houston, and also specializes in pre-owned luxury cars. That dealership (not Nxcess) jerked me around for over 24 hours. They (not Nxcess) made me print out bank statements, and fill out paperwork for days before acting like they did me the biggest favor in the world by getting me approved to buy the ugliest navy blue Mercedes, which I was adamant that I hated. But they INSISTED it was the only car I could get approved for at that point and that in 6 months, with their "program", I could upgrade (you mean put more down and be upside down). It smelled terrible, and I told them I didn't want it and hated the color. However, after wearing me down for hours with their paperwork and approval process, I reluctantly gave in because I thought that maybe I really couldn't get approved anywhere else and maybe they really were doing me a favor. But, then at 7 PM, after sitting around all day while they jerked me around, I'm told the Mercedes isn't even there yet. They were trying to bully me into agreeing to buy something I couldn't even test drive. The owner (not Nxcess) then *xxxxxxxx harassed* me!!!!! And so, the next day, when the car was supposed to finally be there for me to see (which seemed shady....where was it before?), I felt humiliated, disrespected, and pushed around. I wanted a black on black Mercedes, something cool-looking and sexy, and they were trying to push me into this navy blue "granny-looking" car that was pretty beaten up and stinky like a lot of used cars can be. I was just pissed!!!! So, I googled what I wanted and stumbled upon the website for Nxcess. Frustrated and tired, I drove straight there, still sort of brainwashed from the way this other dealer had treated me and made me to believe I couldn't get financing anywhere else. But I thought, "what the xxxx; all they can say is no." It couldn't be anymore embarrassing to hear "no" at this point after being xxxxxxxx harassed and bullied for 24 hours at the other dealer. But walking into Nxcess felt like walking into a totally different world. Classier, but not pretentious. Just PROFESSIONAL, top knotch, respectful. The way one should feel when about to sign THEIR NAME on the dotted line for something which THEY are going to be financially responsible for a long time. I felt like an abused child who was suddenly safe. I know that sounds silly, but I can not even tell you how strikingly different the two dealerships are. Not to mention, my interest rate Al got for me was almost HALF what A*** ***** ** ***** was peddling. I was truly treated like garbage at one place & totally manipulated and then treated with the most courtesy and respect and professionalism at Nxcess. I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thank you so much to Al, Chau, and Suzette! Your friend and customer for life, Lee Ann More
Purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz clk350, was told by Mr. Patrick vehicle was running and in great condition with no problems, and was not informed vehicle have bad intake manifold and bad cam shaft. The ch Patrick vehicle was running and in great condition with no problems, and was not informed vehicle have bad intake manifold and bad cam shaft. The check engine came on as soon as I left the lot, and since the vehicle was as-is no warranty like most vehicles come from this lot, mr Juan Carlos let me know there's was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Mercedes Benz Houston informed me code was stored in the computer from before I purchased the vehicle and code was deleted prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Lucky for me Mercedes Benz Houston gave me blue book value for the vehicle, if I purchased a vehicle from them so that was a blessing. I will never recommend purchasing a vehicle from theses people. Watch yourself and do your research before you buy a vehicle here. Always get a Carfax. Tried to sell me a vehicle that had been in a front end collision that wasn't "bad." Test drive and everything see vehicle here. Always get a Carfax. Tried to sell me a vehicle that had been in a front end collision that wasn't "bad." Test drive and everything seemed ok. Go to check the Carfax and the vehicle had been totaled and fixed with no salvage title. You wouldn't be able to insure the vehicle for anything but liability. More
