I came to this dealer by referral, thought that I have a relationship, trade in my cars and purchase a 2010 Mercedes. I discovered later on (3 days) that the car has been in an important accident, the frame relationship, trade in my cars and purchase a 2010 Mercedes. The owner and agent play dumb, they say that they don't know that the car is dammage by showing CARFAX report,try to make us swallow an accident car for the price of a quasi brand new car. They buy time by giving me several appointments, promissing solutions, after the period I can not cancel the deal anymore, they sell my cars and refuse to continue the discussion. Most of the car from this dealership have been purchased from auction out of state, where this car can be considered as "total lost" in Texas law....be really carefull. Best solution is not dealing with them because they will cheat you like a baby. More

I only went to the dealership bc they had the car I wanted. And the price was fair but be careful to make sure that you check out EVERYTHING ,.... Take the car to your mechanic. NXCESS CAR BUYER BEWARE!!! What you buy may not be what you are actually paying for. He told me to talk to Richard Ong as he was the only one to authorize this. I told him they were wrong for telling me we had the deal and to come in, and he agreed, saying that he wouldn't have done that, but he was new to this dealership and didn't want to step on any toes.... Nxcess is an exotic used car dealership. The choice is great and the prices are fair. They are not pushy and do not have the same Vulture-type salesman working there. Unlike the Momentum family of dealerships which hire salesman that are only driven by commission and lack any type of morals. Jacek Walesek was very easy to work with, fair and honest during the whole process. I would definitely buy a car from these people again. More
