Abraham must not want to sell any cars this month. After speaking with him about one of their vehicles, I asked him to call me back with a price out the door including a warranty. He sounded very disinteres speaking with him about one of their vehicles, I asked him to call me back with a price out the door including a warranty. He sounded very disinterested from the beginning and did not sound very knowledgeable as he kept on having to put me on hold to answer basic questions. Stay away from this dealer. More
I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Laszlo and Al (Finance Director). They worked with me in lowering my payment when I thought it was out of reach. Very bad customer service. The person was very rude and arrogant. He was least bothered since we were looking for pre-owned lexus and not a new one. I have visited other dealers and private party but I mus arrogant. He was least bothered since we were looking for pre-owned lexus and not a new one. I have visited other dealers and private party but I must say that this was the worst dealer that i have faced till now. Unless you get a very good price, I would sincerely recommend not to go to this dealer. More
I purchase a BMW 530i with 68,000 miles from them in June. 30 days and 2000 miles later the car needs a full transmission overhaul that will cost $3500. Do not buy a used car here. They will not stand b June. 30 days and 2000 miles later the car needs a full transmission overhaul that will cost $3500. Do not buy a used car here. They will not stand behind their cars. The GM, Tan offered only to have his mechanic do the work at my expense. I offered to split the cost of repair with him and he said no way. He was very insistent that there was nothing he could do, since it was a used car. The sad thing is the buying experience was very pleasant and straight forward. Patrick the salesman that sold the car was very nice and professional. My wife and I were planning on buying another car from them next year. That will not happen. The GM made it clear that $1250 was enough money to lose my future business. I will never recommend this place to anyone. More
I purchased my first used car ever, after my divorce (31 years) and thought I had found a sturdy car for me. I had a company check the vehicle out at EXPO'S recommendation (mistake) and they said there waw years) and thought I had found a sturdy car for me. I had a company check the vehicle out at EXPO'S recommendation (mistake) and they said there waws nothing wrong with the car. Since that time, I have had to have the seat belt replaced, a phone charger that the VW dealer thought may have had water in it. The blower fan has gone out and from the beginning an indicator light comes on while I am driving stating that I need to move the selector level to Park even while driving at a high speed, the steering wheel has been replaced as has the drive shaft, the steering pump was replaced this week and although I only drove the car for a short while yesterday, I went from 45-N to Westheimer today and the steering wheel is making such a loud sound I called the waranty company to inform them that it will he going back into the shop on Monday. The ignition switch also had to be changed as well. It took nearly two and a half months for my plates to come in and although they told me they went ahead and changed the brake pads for me, they did so with a product that was not VW so the warning sensors could not be connected. I couldn't understand how the car could need brakes at 20K miles anyway. I receieved no Navigation CD which cost me an additional $250 to purchase and it came with no manual so I had to buy that for $90. They did find me one for a car that was two years older than the one I bought for my car. Oh, my rear view mirror has been changed three times and the sensor still does not work. More
Went to buy a used car. The first salesman was very nice and attentive to what our needs were. However a little further into the deal we went out to look at the car a second time and notice the door had bee and attentive to what our needs were. However a little further into the deal we went out to look at the car a second time and notice the door had been repainted or replaced. We showed this to the manager Patrick and all he said was "Well....." and stuck his hand out as to shake hands. Knowing that they were not willing to negotiate on the vehicle, but they wanted to sell it like that to their customers is repulsive. I cant believe that he did not even have the decency to say thank you or anything. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone now after spending hours there to be treated like xxxx. Also, I feel bad that they are going to sell it to someone else that wont notice it until maybe its too late and then they are stuck with something that the dealership knows and wasnt honest enough to tell their customers. Saw vehicle on internet and made application. We were called and told we were approved and the financing would cost less per month that we expected. Made 3 hr drive expecting close the deal. Upon arrival called and told we were approved and the financing would cost less per month that we expected. Made 3 hr drive expecting close the deal. Upon arrival, found numerous problems with vehicle (body damage, interior damage, missing parts)that had not been disclosed before we made the trip. Financing was not as had been indicated through emails and telephone conversations. Very disappointed in customer service and felt the salesman had misled us and misrepresented the deal to the finance manager, totally ignoring the information we had given him in our application. Made another 3 hr drive to return home without purchasing a vehicle. More

He treated us like we were customers and was concerned about our buying the right vehicle. He recommended a pre-purchase inspection to put us at ease,he expained all the features in the car and walked us thru the entire procedure. The Finance Manager Lam was also very helpful and got us the best interest rate we have ever gotten on a vehicle. Go see the guys if you want an affordable luxury vehicle! Tom More

Th decided to give them a try because there was several vehicle I was interested in.I ask them if I can do a buyers inspection before I purchase it. They approve of it and I end up purchasing a 2007 Infiniti M35 from them. The finance dept only offer me gap, extended warranty and credit life. I only purchase extended warranty. They were not pushy. I am very happy considering this is my first car purchase. More
I went to Nxcess believing to have found a good deal, instead they hammered me with a Packing (inflated monthly payments) scams. In a packing case, the customer is quoted an inflated monthly payment. Once the customer accepts the monthly payment amount, the dealership adds accessories (alarms, service contracts, GAP insurance, paint/fabric protection, window etching, navigation disc, car stereo, low jack, etc.) in order to reach the inflated monthly amount. The customer does not realize that the accessories are optional nor that they are paying extra for the accessories (they are led to believe the accessories are included with vehicle or not told at all.) I was leary enough to look them up only to find more RIP-OFF! http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Allstate.Motor.Cars.713-783-6100/review/read?cid=732190 More
