This dealership provided excellent customer service when I needed it the most, if I had an issues I had multiple people to go and talk to and that could handle this situation. In a matter of moments my prob I needed it the most, if I had an issues I had multiple people to go and talk to and that could handle this situation. In a matter of moments my problem woudl be solved wheather a touch up on paint, replacing headlight bulbs, or just a general question over my warranty they are there for me. I researched my vehicle (2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 4-matic) and when I saw the value and the price it was being sold at I was astonished at the reasonableness and affordability that Nxcess marked it at. I can't stress enough how comfortable the sales team, support staff and everyone there make you feel when you're there. You aren't just another sale or $$$$ you're like a good friend and they're ready to help you get into the car of your choice. Chiao was very helpful he's quite expirienced in the car business and he helped me with my quesions and even loaned me a car when I needed my new car to be inspected (Texas). The Finance team is easy going funny and straight forward, they want to help you and they will give you the facts to get you the car you need and the car you can afford. they are just liars and thieves, starting with the sales person who lied about the packages the car has. ending with the manager who lack to professionalism. first, sales person lies about the packages on person who lied about the packages the car has. ending with the manager who lack to professionalism. first, sales person lies about the packages on the car i'm buying, then telling me he worked too hard to get the car detailed. can u believe this? lol. then ask me to blame it on the manager but give him a good rating. then when i called and talked to the manager about it, he said it is the sales person fault. and it is my fault to believe him lol. over all, horrible dealer to buy from. I would advise everyone not to deal with them. there are many decent dealers. so save your money and buy some where else. good luck More
