This was the best experience I've had buying a new or used car. The salesman was very nice. He even fed me lunch while I waited on the car to be cleaned. The Manager was nice and personable. Today I went in and talked to Juan and could not believe the level of customer service I received from the parking lot. Everyone in this establishment was very friendly and helpful. it was a pleasure to sit the level of customer service I received from the parking lot. I may not be an expert in buying a car, but my main motivation was buying my dream car and looking for it. Amazingly NXCeSS had it with the best deal in town! I got a call the next day and I was set up to come look at the vehicle. If your shopping here talk to Laszlo. He was informative and showed that he wanted to work with you. I instantly found something in common with him and as they say the rest is history. We did run into a couple of hiccups but not to the fault of NXCESS. The process took longer than I hoped but it was mostly my fault. Communication was great. Laszlo kept me informed and constantly kept in touch with me over the phone. Any questions or issues(one or two details) iv had with the vehicle were promptly taken care of and the car was ready the next day, detailed ready for drive out. Customer service was amazing, we didnt get treated like any other customer, they spent time to work with us till we were beyond satisfied. I forget the guys name from Financing but none the less, very professional and knowledgeable. I love my 2012 Mustang, and they know ill be back sometime in the future for my second car. This car lot epitomizes the “sleezy and slick used-car salesman” stereotype. I would NOT recommend anybody deal with the people at Nxcess, as they LACK HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. We spent 1.5 hours looking at a car at Nxcess Motorcars and had 3 follow-up phone calls the next day before agreeing on a sales price for buying the car. After agreeing on a price at 6:35PM (they close at 7PM), the salesman told us to “come to the office right now and pay for the car” at the cash price we agreed upon. He had told us that he would not hold the car until the next morning, when we preferred to come in and buy the car, so we told him we would be there in 15 minutes. We jumped in the car with our checkbook in hand. When we arrived 15 minutes after the phone call, the salesman told us that he had just sold the car "7 minutes ago." What the salesman had not told us when we were on the phone making a verbal agreement to hold and buy the car that night was that he had buyers purchasing the car at that very moment! He sold the car to someone else, knowing that he had just asked us to come in at 6:35PM (they close at 7PM) to buy the car based on our verbal agreement. More
