Worst place ever to buy a used vehicle. Purchased my car with no problem, but after the paperwork was done it seems they had nothing to do with us. There vehicles are way over priced and they have very poor customer service. More

I purchased my 1st vehicle with NM Auto Direct almost 3 yrs. ago, back then the Owner, Sales and staff were OUTSTANDING!! Prices too!! One of the Dealership's "Spife's" for the consumer (building their cre yrs. ago, back then the Owner, Sales and staff were OUTSTANDING!! Prices too!! One of the Dealership's "Spife's" for the consumer (building their credit)....Was having the opportunity of "Trading Up their Vehicle", after a Year Plus with all Payments Paid on Time!! No Problem here! I've waited, and going on my 3rd year have decided to do so. Terribly sad to say, one of the Original owners (partner) had past-away. Some time ago now. The company is run in a much different manner now, under this new manager. I went to trade my vehicle in, found another, applied, turned in all paperwork needed and thought all was a go. I was told this too. I went in on a Monday and everything should've been complete no later than that Friday. When I purchased my first vehicle from NM Auto Direct, it only took 2 days, due to the fact I came in on a weekend....Working with the same Wonderful Sales man, I worked with almost 3yrs ago and would you actually remember his last name? Bet you wouldn't...I'll tell you this much though, I still had NM Auto Direct's # in my phone and my sales-mans cell #....due to the fact that I had been in touch with him on inquiries related to my vehicle throughout the years. Now I'm being jerked around on the "Pay-off" with my vehicle, I've been lied to (Straight Face) several times. I've called the finance company myself and had found out that "the dealership had NEVER CALLED"!! as claimed, several times. I had to do all this leg work, talked with the Supervisor here in ABQ and she had to call the Manager at NM Auto Direct herself. The strangest question that arose by the Supervisor of my finance company was if I knew my Salesman's last name. NOW WHAT? This is like apples and oranges....If I know his last name will you make my next payment? Come on man.... I can't even get my own Payoff amount from the dealership even though the Manager said he has it and then turned around and stated he didn't, cause he wanted to know why I wanted to MY OWN PAYOFF FOR. First of all, my finance company is closed today, they don't have a web-site and they never got back to me yesterday with it. I stated that, that's my personal business finanaces. He was rude and said he'd call me Monday. Extremely Unprofessional and I'll NEVER Recommend this Dealership to anyone who NEEDS to Improve their Credit. I'm Disable, maybe that's why he's treating me this way....I can't figure out any other reason. I've done nothing to the man......... More
