This dealer utilizes "bait and switch" scamming tactics. I found a car online that I was interested in and called ahead to make sure the car was available. I was told that it was, so I told them I tactics. I found a car online that I was interested in and called ahead to make sure the car was available. I was told that it was, so I told them I would head right over. In the HOUR it took me to get there apparently they "sold" the car. Then they proceeded to show me cars priced much higher than the one I had been looking at. The salesman I dealt with was ignorant and made up fake answers when he didn't know the real answers to my questions. When purchasing a used car the dealership requires to you sign away your rights to lemon laws as well as your right to a refund. The dealership also does not allow you to test-drive used vehicles on the road, only around their lot -- which means you can't get the car up to more than 15mph or so. I stupidly made the mistake of purchasing a car from them and the car had mechanical problems while driving it home. I called the next day to see if they would fix them and was told "too bad." After making the sale the dealership had absolutely no interest in making sure I was taken care of. My experience at the New Jersey Auto Auction was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this dealer. More
