Absolutely horrific experience Never had such a bad service before!!! I came to look for mercedes ml 550. 5 salespersons were available,but for some reason , we've been asked to go to a specific guy who was busy .After waiting for 15 minutes when sales person will finish his phone talk,finally got the chance to see a car. Guy allowed me to sit inside, but my wife can't even get in,door lock was broken ,there was no way to seat in a passenger seat. But car looks very clean,and price was good,so I asked him to drive it, to look for potential problems. Salesperson said : we need to talk numbers first ,are you going to buy it? can you proof that you can afford it? and you can't drive it before finalizing the price!!! What a crap!!! I didn't even have a chance to drive it, my wife can't get in,who knows maybe it will fall apart?! And by the way I can pay cash for the car,I don't need finance. So I patiently say I have cash, before waisting time on talking numbers, at first I need to drive it,and so far your door lock is not working. he was so rude,and seems absolutely careless whether we leave or not. He repeated that we need to discuss my financial situation and finalize price. We just ran away from this shady parking lot. Don't go there!!! More
Rude staff, deceptive. I'll preface this as a review from a perspective customer who decided to shop elsewhere. I asked about a vehicle which I had previous knowledge about the platform - asked basic service questions to find out if basic service had been completed. One of the salespersons advised me to "look at the carfax on the site" and wouldn't go into detail about anything else. To me, this is an indication that no service was performed on the car after it was purchased - but because I didn't know that for sure, I wanted to know it from the seller. No dice on that, I guess. I asked if their price was firm because the vehicle would be requiring around $3000 worth of maintenance for an upcoming/past service interval - no budging, which was unfortunate. Later. another another person at the dealership called me back. I informed them about my reasoning for not wanting to purchase the vehicle through them due to the customer service incident prior to speaking with them. No apology, but they offered to answer my questions. I explained what I wanted to know and why, and was told that they purchased the vehicle as a trade-in; the carfax showed that this was not the case, as they purchased the vehicle at an auction. I asked them about it and by the time I looked at my phone for a response, the call had been disconnected. Needless to say, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. More
Safety issues I will NEVER recommend Asal Motors to ANYONE and I will be sure to spread my experience. This dealership sold me a BMW with 2 different sized front ti I will NEVER recommend Asal Motors to ANYONE and I will be sure to spread my experience. This dealership sold me a BMW with 2 different sized front tires and also 1 rear tire had a bubble. When 1 of the front tires was going flat, which was when I realized the difference in sizes, I was unable to change the tires because the car did not come with a wheel lock key or tool kit. I had to drive to a BMW dealership to purchase a key, while feeling completely unsafe. When I called to speak to the manager of Asal Motors about this issue, his response was, "we don't check the tires we just sell the car as is". The MANAGER was completely unsympathetic that I was driving in an unsafe car, kept getting flat tires, and my car was pulling to the left for the past 2 weeks. I am extremely frustrated and upset that a dealership could not even be slightly concerned about their customer's safety much less their reputation !!!!!! Oh and by the way I've only had this vehicle in my possession for 3 WEEKS. More
Great experience I had a great experience at ASAL motors. I saw the vehicle I was interested in on cars.com and decided to go check it out. Peter showed me the car a I had a great experience at ASAL motors. I saw the vehicle I was interested in on cars.com and decided to go check it out. Peter showed me the car and we took it out for a test drive. Peter explained the pricing and the details of the warranty program. I planned on getting the extended warranty through USAA but their cost was $500 more for the same coverage and time frame. Peter was upfront and honest about all aspects of the transaction no fees were hidden or a suprise when the bill of sale was drawn up. My registration and plates also arrived in under a week. I was not expecting that. Great overall experience. I will definetly purchase from ASAL Motors again. More

First Impression, Wow they have a bunch of Nice Cars at Very Low Prices Comparing to eve I was shopping for car and came across Asal Motors Web Site. First Impression, Wow they have a bunch of Nice Cars at Very Low Prices Comparing to everyone else in the area. I was at first skeptical i figure i would give it a shot. Came down to the Dealership and was approached by Peter. He was very professional and very honest. He took his time and showed me over a dozen cars until i fell in love with one. He gave me all the information on the vehicle that i needed to know. They had a Very friendly staff almost everyone that passed by me stopped and said hello.
