I bought my car over a year and a half ago and I'm still dealing with issues with NBS. I'm currently working with DMV Investigations against them, and my investigator told me they currently have over ten co dealing with issues with NBS. I'm currently working with DMV Investigations against them, and my investigator told me they currently have over ten complaints with this dealership alone, and that they are currently on probation. My investigator said these guys have been screwing countless people over for years and are on their way to going out of business. I'm currently out over $1,000 that I'm not sure I'll be getting back, and they've tried to screw me over for so much more. No matter how bad you want the car, avoid NBS at all costs. More

Bad Experience Found a car on the website. Looked at it for a while. Site said they lower the price until sold. Price was lowered every time I looked, Decided we Found a car on the website. They sent me additional photos and a video and really "talked up" the car. We agreed we wanted to purchase the car only to be told that the price online was a mistake and we should have know that they couldn't sell that car for that amount. 2 years later it is still on the website for the amount we agreed to purchase it for. How is this type of business practice allowed? More

These people sold my car kept the money for months without telling me!!!!! When I confronted them they lied about virtually everything!!!!! Then paid me 3000.00 less than the agreed amount!!!!!!! Not many places would even talk to me about a trade like that. I needed financing and they got that done also. They delivered the car to Sacramento for me the same day my funds came through on my loan. I was so excited! That was service! More
