This afternoon he stopped in the middle of his busy schedule to help me analyze an engine warning light problem. Within minutes the problem was solved, and all it cost me was $30 for a new gas cap! (I’ve been stressing about that warning light for weeks.) Will’s 5-star customer service reminds me why I chose Myrtle Beach Kia in the first place. I wanted to leave a few comments about the service and employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would ta employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would take about an hour or less . So I went through the Parking lot and viewed a few cars . I came in and sure enough my sales person was there ( it’s been almost 4 years ) He stated I know you ! Joe Claudio and I talked about family and my thoughts on a new car . While I was there I was introduced to fellow sales guys .. had a great time . As I was walking to ask questions about my car .. William Thibodeau said can I help you with anything… then that’s when I realized that I came 3 1/2 years ago and bought a car . William is extremely knowledgeable about the Kia line as well as many car companies. —- I leave and go to write a note of thanks and I get a call from Joes sales guy (Keith) . Keith said if I needed anything to call and he would tell Joe my thoughts…. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and felt that I don’t see this anymore. This is a great dealership and feel very comfortable there . Thanks Bill More

We were vacationing in Myrtle Beach from Connecticut. We were going home in three days and of course a warning light comes on. I called the dealership and they were booking appointments in four weeks. Matt asked if I could leave my SUV for the day and they would do their best to fit it in for a diagnosis. I did. I met Will a service writer and he was very patient and kind as I tried to explain the problem. Matt called that afternoon and asked to keep the vehicle overnight. The warning light was not cooperating. All diagnosis were done. No problem visualized. Matt was so thorough and caring. He is an asset to Myrtle Beach Kia. Thank you Matt. More
