Superb service I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Myrtle Beach Kia. My first contact was with Lou Gallitto. His handshake was firm and a big Italian sm I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Myrtle Beach Kia. My first contact was with Lou Gallitto. His handshake was firm and a big Italian smile. I was looking for. Pre owned car and a certain price range. He showed me the Nissan, talked about the features, took it for a test ride and went into the sales area and worked a good deal. The purchase was late on Saturday afternoon and it was agreed to pick it up on the following Monday. He had the car shining like brand new and he had a pin strip added that we talked about. Overall a great experience. After a few days of enjoying the car I had a problem. Not knowing about the keyless entry key fob, I left it in the car over night and it was determined that the car battery discharged and messed up the computer codes. Prior to knowing what was wrong I called service at Myrtle Beach Kia and spoke with Bradley Cooper. I told him the problem and did his best to find a solution over the phone. He even called the Nissan dealership and asked them to help. Nothing we tried worked. Without hesitation he had a tow truck come pick up the car to have the service department check it out. After resetting the codes and replacing the battery I was called to inform it was ready. They offered to have somebody pick me up and take me to get my car. They also re detailed the car. I met the service manager Jim DeHart and thanked him for providing top quality service. It appears I may have caused the problembut Myrtle Beach Kia took charge and made a happy customer even happier. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia for sales and service. Recent Srvice We recently brought our 2015 Sorento in for basis service and left with a bill of only $33.07 for an oil change which was great. We were in and out in approximately 30 which was impressive. Our service rep. was Bradley Cooper. Although he is not the American Sniper he was quite helpful and attentive to our needs. I have moved to Florence 1 year ago and still drive down to this dealership. I just traded-in my 2012 for a 2016 Kia Sorrento. Eddie did a great job as my salesperson and answered my questions. He told me about the many new options on the car as I took it for a test drive. I would highly recommend Eddie if you are looking for a great car at a great dealership. Matt, one of the sales managers, was also very informative in making my decision to purchase a new car. More
