I knew I had to stick to a specific price range/monthly payment and Nick Goldberg, my sales associate was very accommodating and listened to the specifics. He made the experience so simple and demonstrated respect for the limitations and needs of our family. We talked about going to a dealership closer to our home; but Nick and Matt have definitely proven to us that this is the place to continue to do business. It is worth the ride. Scott was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the finance process. More

This isn't a post about "poor me, my day sucks!" This is a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mike Bazinet at Myrtle Beach Kia. I've purchased my last 2 cars from him and have him on speed dial anytime I need something. I sent him a quick "SOS" text, to which he got me a tow within minutes and is currently delivering a car to my house for me to use while mine is being serviced. He will have my business from now until the end of time...or until he leaves the car business. He knows my life is chaotic. Between clients and shuffling 2 boys to their various after school activities, and didn't think twice about helping me out. To some people, this doesn't mean much and will probably get overlooked. But to me, it 100% means the world that he cares enough about his people and clients to go the extra mile. I've said this before, in a recent training I'm doing with my agency, people remember the small stuff. They remember and really feel valued when you extend a hand (even after a transaction has closed!). He won't make a dime off helping me today, but that's not the point. He genuinely cares about his clients, and THAT matters!! More
