Horrible First Car Experience Sales people were friendly and informative enough, but the finance department has been awful. I understand they have a job to do, but they border on the line of harassment. I had to get a duplicate title from NC DMV for my trade in, which takes 15 business days to process before they will send it to you. The finance department has repeatedly contacted me to renegotiate the deal we made while we wait for title. They have told me a number of things about how my first payment will be late and so forth just to get me to pay the cash for the trade in now and later I would be reimbursed with the value of the trade in. This is with no guarantee that I will be reimbursed for the same amount. Once they finally hassled me enough and I agreed to pay the difference as long as I had in writing that I could get the same amount pay back to me, I haven't heard anything back. I feel are highly unprofessional. I came to this dealership on a referral, and they made my first new car buying experience a horrible one. I will not be buying another car from this dealership. More
