Horrible Service after you buy a car When we bought a jeep we got a book of coupons for oil changes along with the extended warranty, but every time we've gone here to get the oil change When we bought a jeep we got a book of coupons for oil changes along with the extended warranty, but every time we've gone here to get the oil change they give a fight, and this last time they said sometimes they honor it and sometimes they don't. Then they said they don't get paid--though we called the warranty information number and were told that they have been paid each time we took it there in the past. Obviously they lie at this dealership. We've been shopping for a new car and they were all smiles and promises, but thank God we didn't buy one yet, because it most definitely will NOT be from them. They are the kind of car dealership of which car buying nightmares are made. More

The mountains took my Tranny! I did everything right planning a road trip from Macomb, Michigan, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I had my 2011 T&C checked out, new battery instal I did everything right planning a road trip from Macomb, Michigan, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I had my 2011 T&C checked out, new battery installed, light bulb replaced, new break pads, tires checked and rotated., a safety inspection suggested new wiper blades and I even chose the good $40.00 ones. I made sure all fluids were checked and topped off, all was a go so we hit the road. No one prepared me to have issues driving up hill when I reached the mountains on my travel. By the time I reached SC my van was struggling on acceleration on flat ground as well and vibrating like I was driving on rubble strips. I took my car directly to the MB Chrysler dealership Monday morning and Brad assured me they would check it as soon as possible. It was diagnosed quickly and a new transmission was needed. Brad explained the issues in detail, (I was just hearing cha-ching and seeing $$$ honestly). Devastated, that the plan was to drive and pick up some things that would be adding extra weight on the way home and knew at that point I would either be buying a new car or replacing the transmission. I had to chose to be positive in this situation. I did not want car payment so they ordered the transmission, with a goal to get me heading home on time to get back to work. There was a delay in getting the transmission and it somehow ended up in Miami but then they located one in Charleston and went over and above to go pick it up on a 5 hour round trip. The technician Pete stayed late and came in early the next day to complete my transmission repair. We were a day late getting on the road but still made it home safely and on time to get back to work. If I would not have made it to the dealership, I can imagine that I would have had even higher expenses. I have a warranty and the price was less than what I originally expected. Brad had heartfelt concern for my safety getting home and asked me to call him when I was back . I truly appreciated the high quality of service I received at this dealership. I wish the dealerships here in Michigan would follow their drive for excellence! Brad and Pete were awesome, they even accepted hugs! More
AC repair away from home Our AC went out just when we were leaving for our trip to Myrtle Beach. Temp was in the 90s. Stopped in on Monday and spoke with Jared Stickley. Did not have an appointment but Jared was very helpful in getting us in and filing claim with third party warranty company. Jared provided us with rental car while ours was being repaired. He called every day and advised of status. I would highly recommend this dealership for repairs especially if away from home. Very pleased with the repairs and professional service provided. Quick and easy!! Went in for a recall, on my Magnum. Never had a recall before, thought it would be a big deal. Jared was nice and friendly. Absolutely the best experience, sales, service and parts!! I didn’t purchase my Jeep here, but after moving to the area I’ve tried three different Jeep dealerships, and by far Myrtle Beach Jeep has proven time I didn’t purchase my Jeep here, but after moving to the area I’ve tried three different Jeep dealerships, and by far Myrtle Beach Jeep has proven time and time again to be impressive...the service team are all great, friendly, they take their time to answer any and all questions, the service technician Craig who I now ask for to service my Jeep whenever I can, is great, wether it’s for an oil change or installing a trailer hitch...knowledgeable, professional and never any complaints on the work done...same goes to the parts department who spent time researching option and requirements for pursuing and installing the trailer hitch. And lastly a gentleman name Dan, I believe he’s the General manager, Who was extremely accommodating and in my opinion went above and beyond to make me feel like a valuable Jeep owner! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am that I found Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and the positive experience I cannot continue to have!! More
