Efficient, effective and friendly service While vacationing in MB my 2008 Chrysler began making a disturbing rattle. Went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Service Department (785 Jason Blvd). T While vacationing in MB my 2008 Chrysler began making a disturbing rattle. Went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Service Department (785 Jason Blvd). The people at the desk (Jared and Brad) said it would take about an hour, but Jared went out immediately and confirmed the rattle. Within 20 minutes, the mechanic (Pete) took it for a short drive, brought it into the shop,identified the problem (two loose lug bolts) and fixed it. I was out of there inside the hour. Actually, I had expected it to take an hour just to get to my car so I was impressed with their efficiency. I was most impressed with the treatment I received: efficient, effective and friendly. Al;though I don't want to have to return for assistance again, if I ever have car problems or needs, this dealership will be my destination. Many thanks to Jared, Brad and Pete. PS I misplaced my receipt which will get me reimbursement from my service department at home because they failed to put the lug bolts on properly. I called and spoke with the service manager. Again, a friendly response, promising to send me another copy. More

He brought out a couple of keys and he walked us through all the features and got to know us. He was professional, fast, and upfront about everything. Michael in finance had everything ready and went over everything so we felt comfortable and told us all the options we had. Great experience and we got an approval in minutes! I had done my homework, knew the numbers of both the new Jeeps and also the trade in value of my truck. To make a long story short I was getting the run around and numbers were flying around. I sent an e mail to Myrtle Beach Jeep which was promptly answered by Jenn Wisley. The next my wife and I were in the area an just stopped in to look around. As fate who have it Jenn approached us while looking in the lot. We did a test drive and I was impressed how Jenn answered every question of concern we had. Jenn didn't know how much research we had done on the Jeep before coming to Myrtle Beach Jeep. Jenn was open honest and there was no BS, no pressure, it was refreshing to deal with her. I have to say this was the Best car buying experience I have ever had, if the Dealership is as good as Jenn then I have really lucked out. The bottom line of course is cost.
