Best dealership experience ever. I know, buying a car....... One of the most exciting experiences can sometimes be one of the most dreaded experiences. Not at Myrtle Beach Chrysler J I know, buying a car....... One of the most exciting experiences can sometimes be one of the most dreaded experiences. Not at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. This was an amazing experience from day one. We stopped in and talked with our sales guy, David. He immediately won us over with his humor, fun to be around, made you feel at ease and a automatic friend instead of a "sales guy." Well, it didn't stop with David. We went in, every person greeted and spoke to us. We weren't buying that day nor were we pressured to "just sit down" he gave me a buisness card, took my information we looked at some things and we left. I reached out to David after leaving and told him I really wanted to make something work with getting the Jeep that my spouse wanted. David got to work finding deals, what we were looking for and sending me pictures. We went back to Myrtle Beach after even visiting our local Jeep dealer. Met with David, the whole crew made things work. It is a complete relaxing,fun, no pressure dealership that works for the good of the customer and customer service. Other sales people would ask us if we wanted anything while waiting. Not just our sales guy but everyone wanted you to feel at home. This is where the real fun begins; we couldn't make up our mind. We went from this Jeep to that Jeep, Wrangler to Cherokee, trade in to no trade in. YES,the worst car buyers. Never once did they get frustrated. The GM Rob Beard actually bought us lunch, had it delivered while we sat and weighed out our pros and cons on each vehicle. They ran numbers on the ones we had chosen. Once we finally decided, Michelle worked miracles and Rob worked with her.Jonathan did as many figures and prices as the others. Michelle was going to make sure we were happy and left happy. Rob was the same way and one of the best GMs ever. Jonathan was a gem with paperwork and getting us wrapped up. We had a team that helped us on making a purchase that was what we wanted, we loved, we were so excited and know we got the best deal around in SC or NC. I wish everyone could have this experience when purchasing a car. You can if you visit this dealership. It's so easy to write something bad when we're angry or upset. I think when people go to extra lengths of customer service and make you feel so proud and taken care of, someone needs to let them know. So with still a huge smile on my face, knots in my hair from the top down, I want to say thank you so much, David, Michelle, Rob, Jonathan and to everyone who made it all possible. 5+ star for sure and I will never buy from another dealer. We didn't have the highest credit score, they had few options to work with, they worked with them and made it happen. I would tell people who are getting ready for a car buying experience even with the new and used cars to try them before going to a buy here pay here location or any location . Five Stars Are Not Enough As I said in the description 5 stars are not enough for Christine Phelan. I was greeted by Christine and in my head I was thinking "here it comes, the As I said in the description 5 stars are not enough for Christine Phelan. I was greeted by Christine and in my head I was thinking "here it comes, the sales pitch". Instead a hand was extended and Christine introduced herself to me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with or if i had any questions she could answer. I told her I knew i wanted a Jeep but wasn't sure which model was right for me. Christine then asked me what was important to me in a vehicle and what it would be used for. Then on a hot summer day Christine pulled up a few different models and showed me what each vehicle had to offer. She explained all the little details that I would of forgot to ask and never once did she try and pressure me into that 'higher end' model. We test drove several different vehicles and after some time i finally settled on a Jeep Cherokee. Christine then showed me the different type of Cherokees (Sport, Latitude, Trail Hawk, ect). I knew I needed to pull a light trailer so she showed me 2 of the 6 cylinder Latitude's that were set up to tow 4500 pounds, and a Sport model that was set up the same way. All three of the vehicles were at different ends of the price range, but never once did Christine try to tell me the most expensive one would be the best. Once I made my choice we went into the office and started the paperwork. I kept thinking in my head that at some point this is going to turn into the same old car buying experience. Not the case at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Christine took my information and offer to the sales manager. My trade in was appraised and then everything fell into place. Actually the sales manager was able to get me into a lower monthly payment than I expected. I would highly recommend Christine Phelan to anyone who is looking to buy a new car and wants someone who will go out of their way to make you feel like you are not just a number on the lot. Our First Jeep!! We were visiting on vacation and just stopped to look at colors so it would be easier to search online for a vehicle. Then we came across a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that my wife fell in love with. It was absolutley wonderful to work with Frank! No pressure at all. He took the time to explain everything to us from all of the options, warranties, etc. It was as if I was talking to a family member. Frank was very honest, personable and upfront. He even reached out to us a couple of days after the purchase to see if we had any questions and to ensure we were happy. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman! Michael Lee also did an outstanding job. We were in and out in no time. I would definitley purchase a vehicle from these two guys in the future. More
