What an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I inquired online about a vehicle, Mike was very responsive and answered my questions. I asked him to be transparent, as I would be. From the moment I inquired online about a vehicle, Mike was very responsive and answered my questions. I asked him to be transparent, as I would be. Asked if the price online was indeed the price? I did not want to go to the dealer if there were additional ons. There was not. The price was the price. We arrived at the dealership to test drive. Mike greeted us, had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go. We test drove and liked the vehicle. Again I asked Mike about the price, he confirmed the price advertised was the price, and made sure I qualified for every rebate I could qualify for was applied. I was introduced to Jeremy who was the manager and was going to appraise my trade. Jeremy was fair with my trade numbers. He presented the final numbers, I was happy and accepted. They started the process of all the paperwork and getting the vehicle prepared for delivery to me. It was very busy at the dealership, and Mike, Jeremy, and Steve in finance never pressured us, answered all our questions, and really treated us like family. It was nice to talk with all 3 of them and get to know them. We could not be happier. This was an amazing experience. Car dealers get bad raps, but Myrtle Beach Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep is a professional dealer who cares and most importantly listens to their customers.
