Purchased my certified 09 wrangler at the end of September, the day I picked it up I noticed the a/c was not working correctly. Bob had the service dept. work on it and recharged the system. We purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata from MB Chrysler Jeep a few months ago. We asked our salesperson if the vehicle had any problems or had been in any accidents, the reply was NO! A lie! We tried to trade the car at a different dealership only find the vehicle had been involved in a side impact collision, as a result the dealership wouldn't consider a trade with our car. We revisited MB Chrysler Jeep to ask for assistance but they just gave us the run-around and offered to make some more money off us. While waiting in the parking lot for service other customers approached us advising us to find a different dealership, unfortunately they were to late. Don't make the same mistake! Find a dealership who appreciates your business! More

I stopped by on Saturday after hours to look at a silver 2008 evolution. i called Monday to get some details and spoke with Corey whom was helpful and asked me to do a credit app online i live out of town. 2008 evolution. i called Monday to get some details and spoke with Corey whom was helpful and asked me to do a credit app online i live out of town. i told him that i would talk it over with my wife, we talked about and decided to go forward with the car. i called back in on Wednesday and he was not available so i spoke with Teresa to and submitted an app. after about an hour or two she called me back and could't find it, so she took it over the phone (i didn't mind) then she said she would call me back. a few hours passed and she called but i missed the call. she did leave a message and said "Hey Great news we got you approved we just need you to tell me what time your going to come down in the morning" so i called and setup the time i did explain i only had a limited amount of time to get things done and i was told to bring paycheck stubs and a bill as proof of residency . again i was told it was a done deal on the phone. so i get there as early as i can 8:50 am or so, test drive the car and decide to get it its now 9:20 am i again remind her that i have to leave by 9:50. as per the phone conversation on Wednesday. its now 9:45 and i ask whats going on she replays we that she needs a check from my bank. as most people i don't carry my check book i only carry my card and a little cash. so now she needs me to go back home and get a check. i reply i don't have the time today the only days i have time are on Thursdays. so now she wants to pull my wife's credit and use her. now this isn't what we talked about you said i was approved and that was it nothing more was needed just come down a drive the car to make sure we liked it. and it's now 10:10 am i explain that we had a deal and what your trying to do isn't what we talked about. so if i don't do it this way that there's no way she can hold the car until i get back down next week. so my "why" is very simple they lied and cost me money approx. $150 for the fuel it took down there and back and after school care because she had my licence and kept it until she talked to the finance people in the office. No i would not send anyone here and i will continue telling people about my horrible experience. More
