Almost cyber murder My husband and I looked at Jeeps to pull a camper. Found vehicle, did financing and was to pick up in a couple of days. When arrived for pickup sale My husband and I looked at Jeeps to pull a camper. Found vehicle, did financing and was to pick up in a couple of days. When arrived for pickup salesman no longer there. Vehicle not ready. I was beyond mad and ready to murder them on the internet. Another salesman, Paul, came to help us. He found that the vehicle we wanted did not pull anything. I got madder. Paul then got Marshall involved and they promised a resolution. They both did everything they could to make sure we were pleased. They found a vehicle for us that would pull a camper and the Finance manager worked very hard to get us a good deal. What seems like a terrible experience was made better by these two men, Paul and Marshall. I believe what they told us and they did exactly that. We are now the owners of a new Jeep that will pull our camper. Thank you thank you Paul and Marshall. More

Left wondering The the salesmans knowledge about the car I purchased was less than par. The one thing I asked about (mainly the gps being updated before I bought it) The the salesmans knowledge about the car I purchased was less than par. The one thing I asked about (mainly the gps being updated before I bought it) was told a lie about. It wasn't updated before I got it (I know this due to the prompts to update now popping up.) I just bought it and the oil change light message comes on every time I start the car. The rear entertainment console was not OEM as told by the salesman. It makes me wonder what else could I have been lie to about.... other than that the financial team was great and management was very nice. More
