I was very nervous because I had no idea what to expect but Lou was great at listening and assessing my needs and budget. I also appreciated how straight forward he was with helping me find a new (to me) car. Not in the least bit pushy. We ended up fining the perfect car for me and my budget: a gorgeous 2012 Mazda 3 with low mileage that was also very well kept. Eric from the financing department was also helpful and straight forward, and helped me into findings the right extended warranty for my new car. But, unlike other dealers, they kept rebating it until all of our negative equity was gone. We are forever grateful, it feels like a weight was lifted off our shoulder.
