The dealership we dealt with was wonderful right up until we pulled out of their parking lot with our new car. Then they acted like they were doing us a favor no matter when we went in there. So fast forward 2 1/2 years later, we need to get back into a Jeep. We looked online at a few dealerships and the only one that called us was Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. A gentleman named Mike Masiero called me and invited us down to discuss getting us back into the best SUV made these days (Jeep). Now keep in mind, we were upside down with the car we were in due to overmileage on the lease. Mike went above and beyond to get us something affordable and something that I liked. (I'm a little hard to please and sometimes a bit harsh so it was no easy task for him but he did it!) Ok, so now I love the new Jeep Patriot and we need to get the financing part done. This is normally the horrible part of buying a new car but the finance mgr., Michelle Smith, is a miracle worker. This woman worked for hours getting all the information she needed, including calling the other dealership who went out of their way to make things difficult. Hours on end waiting for them to call her back did nothing to change her attitude and friendliness towards us. She is the cream of the crop and MB Jeep should be proud to have her working for them. So after all this, we drove away in our new Jeep Patriot and we could not be happier!! If anyone out there reading this needs a new vehicle, get in your car and head down to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Ask for Mike "Mas" Masiero and I promise you, you will walk out of there with a new car/truck and feel good about the whole process. More

He worked with my number that I gave him and was able to give me a car with almost everything I requested Lou made the experience easy and enjoyable. Easy, quick place to purchase a new vehicle I did my research online and knew I wanted to purchase a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Their website even shows the stickers for each vehicle. I called and made an appointment and told them which car I wanted to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership they were expecting me and had the key ready for the vehicle I wanted to drive. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Negotiations were quick and it took very little time to complete the necessary paperwork. The transaction was completed and I was headed back home in a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. This was the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. More

Pretty apprehensive walking into a dealership, but they had exactly what we were looking for, including color and was very satisfied with the vehicle over all. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Jenn Wilsey. The features of the car were not explained. No business cards were handed out. No roadside assistance cards were handed out. Questions were answered in one word answers. For instance, is there a spare tire? Answer: No. No further explanation on any questions I asked. Phone calls are not returned, e-mails are not answered. Even the service department is unresponsive. I'm trying to get a hitch installed on my Jeep and I can't seem to be able to get through to anybody at the dealership. Service told me the parts were ordered on Dec. 2nd. I haven't heard from them since. I do hope Bobby Gale reads this. I am very unhappy I bought the vehicle and wish I could get my money back and go buy a Ford. Jim DiFazio More
