From the knowledge shared about the product on the lot, to an informative test drive, all the way through negotiations, Mike answered every & any question we may have had. Nor was he ever in a rush to get the deal done. He was making sure we were comfortable the entire time. Knowing that both my wife & I were all about "customizing" & "upgrading" our new Jeep Wrangler, Mike also made sure to take the time to introduce us to Eric Seitz, a true Jeep enthusiast & knows Jeeps IN AND OUT. Not only did we get an amazing vehicle & a top notch buying experience, the dealership went to whatever length needed to assure that my wife & I were both happy & 125% satisfied with our purchase. Don't Waste Your Time or Money Purchased as used 2006 Jeep Commander from this dealership and had nothing but problems from the moment I drove off the lot. I turned left out the lot and my 4WD service light came on. You can imagine my frustration given that they wouldn't budge on the price of the vehicle and only offered me $1000 for my 2005 Volvo (which was subsequently listed on their website for $7997). The dealership was fixing a few other things (cracked fog lights, vent covers, retractable shade) that I had pointed out, and I was awaiting the arrival of a new navigation/radio system (which took 2 weeks to arrive), so I mentioned the service light on my follow up visit. They told me that they weren't sure if the $2000 warranty I purchased would cover the cost of diagnostics and repairs. Once all of the aforementioned items were completed, I returned to my hometown (1.5 hours from Myrtle Beach) and went to my local Jeep dealer for a diagnostic regarding my 4WD light. I'm told by one of their service advisors that I have a broken differential mount and he would advise that I leave the car at the dealership and not drive anymore as I could "lose an axle." I was quoted nearly $2440 in necessary repairs to this vehicle within 2 weeks of owning it. I am amazed and disturbed at how a dealership could sell a vehicle that isn't safe to drive. What's worse, the Used Car Sales Manager said to me, my wife and my mother-in-law, "I stand by my vehicles." Keep in mind, I made 2 round trips from my hometown to Myrtle beach with this issue, and it wasn't mentioned to me once. I understand the concept of buying a used vehicle "as is," but this is a bit excessive. More

Fabulous experience buying a used 2014 Grand Cherokee Limite I was actually referred to this dealership from another dealership where I had looked at a jeep. They told me to contact Michelle Smith and she would I was actually referred to this dealership from another dealership where I had looked at a jeep. They told me to contact Michelle Smith and she would get me the vehicle I wanted. I called Michelle and she told me she had several vehicles similar to what I was looking for. I told her I'd be in the next day. She said she was off but to ask for Shane Lee. The next day on the way down to the dealership I called Shane. He remembered me and said he'd be waiting for me. Upon my arrival they had 4 Grand Cherokees lined up right in front of the showroom. I was amazed and told my wife, "Wow honey look they seem to be all right here". After meeting Shane he mentioned that he had just brought them out and lined them up so it would be easier for us to look them over and pick out the one we liked the best. That kind of service just blew me away. The rest of the experience was equally wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership and these folks. Very satisfied. More

First good experence buy from a dealership just started looking to upgrade. We drove by the dealership, saw the Jeep and decided just to stop and look. Jessica was our first expericence. She was very friendly and knowledgeable when answering our questions. She didn't pressure us, instead offered us options that helped us make a decesion. She worked hard to get us a fair trade in allowance for my truck. Andy was next. He got us a great interest rate and a payment that made the deal. Again, he was very friendly and really helped to make this a great experience. We had one small issue with the Jeep and it was completely my fault. The front bumper had a dent that I didn't notice.
