Our salesman, Mike Nance, told us that those could be fixed and we would be happy. We dropped our car off on a Monday and were told we would be called when it was complete. After a lot of confusion and no call, we went to the dealership. The car was not done to my husband's satisfaction as far as the paint job, and the alignment and 2nd key we were promised were not done. After telling "Sam" at the used car desk, he told us to bring it back the following Monday and he would get it all done. We picked up the car today, Wednesday, and are very pleased! They do need to work on communication with the customer. They did give me a loaner so how long they kept the car was not an issue, but I do like to be kept informed on the progress. I would also like to mention that people should stick to their guns are their trade-in because they wouldn't budge on mine and the car I turned in was on the lot 2 days later for TWICE what they gave me! More

From the time I started working with my sales associate (Mike Masiero), to the time I left, he was helpful and polite. Mike was so incredibly nice and the furthest thing from pushy. He attended to everyone of my requests and never rushed me. Management and Mike did everything they could to give me the best deal, at the best price. We were sold an unsafe car We bought a used Jeep Commander at the end of December. Gabi Marshall and her team were very friendly while trying to make the sale and then just see We bought a used Jeep Commander at the end of December. Gabi Marshall and her team were very friendly while trying to make the sale and then just seemed to forget all of their customer service skills once the sale was made. The 4WD light came on as soon as we drove off the lot. I understand that we bought the car AS IS but when we asked about a dealer warranty, Gabi brought the sales manager Sam over to tell us that they will stand behind their cars. He then told us a story about someone buying a jeep and the engine immediately failed and they stood behind their car and fixed it. I now know that they probably only "stand behind their cars" when the third-party warranty will pay for it. We bought the third-party warranty and, of course, it doesn't cover the major problem that was causing the light to come on. We're now spending over $1000 to have the differential replaced at another dealer after they told us that "your wheel could fall off". So do not believe this dealership when they tell you they will stand behind their cars. Add that to the terrible communication not only between us and Gabi, but between Gabi and the service department, Gabi and her sales manager, Gabi and the finance department....the list goes on. We had to continuously follow up on the repairs that we negotiated at the sale: this included scheduling an appointment and then being told that the part wasn't in when my husband was halfway to Myrtle Beach (we live an hour and a half away), not getting a call that our car was ready before 5PM--when the sales department left, and Gabi not informing her Sales Manager about the 4WD issue. This sales team will flat out lie to make a sale. DO NOT BUY FROM GABI AND MYRTLE BEACH JEEP. More

I went in not really knowing if I was ready to purchase a "new to me" car but I left feeling confident and in style in my 2014 Ford Edge. I love it! It is all ever wanted and more. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he never made me feel pressured in anyway to buy one. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade in for another car and send business their way. Thank you! More
