Then we found that the heat didn't work on the driver's side (we check the AC, but I neglected to check the heat) and when I reached out, they stopped answering my emails. Then I learned that the two front doors are not the original doors and they have different locks. I would love for sales to be up-front with the customer instead of clearing codes or hiding issues and then ghosting the customer when brought up. More
