Ask for Tom Johnson! Ran over construction debris that fell off the back of a work truck. Tom Johnson, my Service Advisor, met me bright and early at 7:30 am. Through out the day, he kept me appraised of the progress on my vehicle and made the extra effort to have an unscheduled detailing performed since my Cadillac had to spend the day at the dealership anyway. Anyone about to purchase from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac needs to add the extended warranty AND the tire/wheel warranty package AND the bi-annual Detail package - my total service bill was ZERO!! More

Volt Warranty I am from Atlanta and had a bearing issue in the Volt drive train on Friday evening. Went to the dealership Saturday morning. There were only oil change personnel working so the issue could not be addressed that day. Tom got a loaner car for me and the Volt was repaired in a timely fashion the next week. More
Car would not start Had car jump started twice before going to Myrtle Beach Cadillac. It was toward the end of the day and the dealer could not repair my car that day. They provided a rental and the car was repaired by 10:00 the next day. Problem was dead cells in the battery. I was extremely happy with the level of professional service I received. Only negative was the amount of time I had to wait to pick up my car. The service department was very busy and for 15-20 minutes there was only one service customer service person at the counter servicing a line of 6 customers. Ken T. More
