Recall My car had a Chevrolet re-call, Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac dealer send me a letter, then another brochure to be sure my car was taking care of. Ms. Rose the lady at the service department was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice the day I went to order the parts and the day I brought my car for repairs. When I came back the attitude was as good as before, I can say even better, my office had called her to give me a message, she was just waiting for me to give it to me, of course not everybody will be so nice. When I came to the cashier to pick up my keys they couldn't find my paper work, Rose came and process something for the cashier's and I was out in no time A great experience. Thank you More
