He was truly very understanding of my concerns leaving me really feeling good when I went to the waiting area. He had given me an approximate time for the job which turned out to be less. A nice surprise. You never know ... another shop may have billed for the higher price & who would know. This was a great experience all around. My car was perfect when the job was done. Repair on our 2003 Chevrolet Impala Although the service was excellent, we feel the cost of the repair was quite high. We are senior citizens without any additional incomes; so needless to say this cost was a little extreme for us. We bring both our vehicles to this Chevy/Cadillac dealership for ALL repairs and services. We even bought our CTS from this dealership. The only person we deal with is Rose Bratcher in the Service Department who by the way is an excellent representative of the dealership. My husband has put a lot of faith into her opinion. Still we feel the itemized billing was quite extreme on certain items listed making the bill quite high. More

Work, including oil and filter change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection was completed in a timely manner. It was raining when I picked up my Corvette, Chris remembered that I had recent knee replacement surgery and could not get into my convertible with the top up. He moved my Corvette under cover and put the top down so I could get in, that's what I call going the extra mile to help a customer! Chris will be my "go-to-guy" for all future service! More

I approached the service station nervously seeing that this was my first I am interning here in Myrtle Beach, and needless to say am new to the area. I approached the service station nervously seeing that this was my first time taking my car in on my own without a parent. I was greeted and tented to in a speedy fashion with kind and genuinely concerned staff members. I had been waiting on my recall ignition switch for months and Tom made sure I was informed the entire process. He also made me feel more comfortable seeing it was my first time getting my car repaired on my own. Overall I have had a great experience with this dealership and only wish the one back home way as attentive to their customers. More

My car had a probblem wblem was. th a new transmission I had them put in my 2006 Chevrolet SS and it was a real mystery as to what the problem was. But they kept looking and asking and finally came up with the answers and fixed my car. I am a widow and I appreciate the good servce making sure I am safe while traveling in my car.
