Repair on our 2003 Chevrolet Impala Although the service was excellent, we feel the cost of the repair was quite high. We are senior citizens without any additional incomes; so needless to say this cost was a little extreme for us. We bring both our vehicles to this Chevy/Cadillac dealership for ALL repairs and services. We even bought our CTS from this dealership. The only person we deal with is Rose Bratcher in the Service Department who by the way is an excellent representative of the dealership. My husband has put a lot of faith into her opinion. Still we feel the itemized billing was quite extreme on certain items listed making the bill quite high. More

It was raining when I picked up my Corvette, Chris remembered that I had recent knee replacement surgery and could not get into my convertible with the top up.
