Replaced Door Handle / Performed Recall Exterior door handle on the drivers side fell apart (2013 Impala). Although this car wasn't purchased at this dealership they were more than friendly Exterior door handle on the drivers side fell apart (2013 Impala). Although this car wasn't purchased at this dealership they were more than friendly in making the needed repairs to my car. I went expecting to have them tell me they would need to order a new handle and would need a follow-up appointment to get it repaired. 1.5 hours later the handle had been replaced. When I was there they also performed a recall on the Impala for the ignition key. Overall experience was very pleasing and I will certainly use this dealership again. One negative note, I would think that this part would be replaced without charge being it was a 2013 vehicle - even though the car has 40,000 miles on it. Door handles shouldn't fail! More

Service Department I purchased a 2006 Cadillac xxx in 2012. Wouldn't say the car was a total lemon (sorry sales department!) but it has had periodic maintenance issues; I purchased a 2006 Cadillac xxx in 2012. Wouldn't say the car was a total lemon (sorry sales department!) but it has had periodic maintenance issues; however the service department has responded to keep the car functioning. Throughout the two years of chaos, I would like to credit mechanic Keith for taking the time to service the car. From totally rebuilding the engine to a recent front axle replacement, Keith has made it happen. Would also like to comment that I have enjoyed conversations with Chris over the past years and the assistance that Tom recently provided.
