A Cadillac/Chevy dealer that sells you snacks is as cheap as you can get. The chairs and couches are as cheap as you can get. Yet, you have to pay top dollar for service. I had the 2016 truck for 4 months and already had recalls on it. More

Im not sure if you could hire more incompetent stupid people in your life time. Pay a little more and hire people who know their xxx from their elbow! Waiting to get a rental car for over an hour because the stupid girl doesn't think to tell me it's best to be dropped off at enterprise, instead of waiting for enterprise to get me from Chevy just to bring me back to Enterprise. Honestly I wouldn't recommend these people to my enemy. Sure they were great when they sold you that truck but after that they suck!! More

I called ahead to make an appointment and was scheduled for 1:30 pm. I arrived early and spoke with a young woman in the service department and explained my problem. It was at this point I was informed that if the recommended service was not performed there would be a $100.00 diagnostic fee. This was never mentioned in the call to the dealership thinking that the fix was a simple recharge of the system I reluctantly agreed and informed the young lady that this was never mentioned when I called to schedule the appointment. Approximately 90 minures later the same young lady gleefully told me that my warranty had expired and the cost to fix my vehicle was just over $800.00 for a new condenser. I onformed her that there was a three year extended warranty purchased on the vehicle a fact she should have known once she entered my VIN number, since the vehicle was pur hased from a Chevy dealer. After informing the young lady of this she left to confirm the warranty. Amazingly enough she returned to tell me what I already knew my service would be covered minus my deductible. I should have left the dealership when I was told about the diaganost fee they failed to disclose over the phone. The second sign of a problem was when i noticed there customer commitment sign was on the floor behind a tradh can in the waiting room. When I was finally given the bill I paid the deductible but noticed something odd, the total amount due was no where close to the orivinal cost presented to me. In fact it was substantially less.as a matter of fact my total itemized bill had in not had warranty protection is calculated at $660.71 about $140.00 less that the original $800.00. It's a shame that any business would use tactics like the ones at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. The failure to disclose mandatory fees prior to a customer arrival is shoddy business practices at the very least. The failure of the service department personal to ask or research if additional warranty protection was purchased reflects poor training. Espically in light of the fact that the extended warranty is such a hard sell at the time of purchase. As a regular visitor to Myrtle Beach I felt I was being taken advantage of. I would not use or recommend this business to anyone. I am not sure od the service representative I worked with as she did not wear a name tag she was young thin with dark long hair. I apologize if it was not Breana she is the only person listed in service and I am unable to submit my review without identifying someone. More

Today, Sat., I noticed that my tires appeared under-inflated. Upon checking, my tires are 32 psi, not the 35 psi recommended for those tires. Now I will have to find a place to properly inflate my tires. I am not happy with this experience. Steve Nisbet Murrells Inlet, SC More

I called and was told by another employee to bring my receipt to Ray for a refund because it was their negligence. When I got there, Ray was passing the buck; trying to blame the dealer. I was never refunded. I got the run around from Ray. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. More

Specifically i had a hard time putting it into reverse. I took it to Myrtle Beach Cadillac and they charged me 90.00 for a diagnostic test and promptly told me there was metal filings in the tranny fluid and i needed a new transmission, the cost of the repair being 3200.00. After talking to my son, i added a few quarts of fluid and carefully drove it home.My local mechanic then took a look at the car. First, much to my surprise there was no metal shavings in the fluid. Second, the main issue was low fluid due to a pinhole leak in one of the transmission lines. Even after i had the local shop replace all the lines as a precaution my total bill ran a couple hundred. If i hadn't been more cognizant and taken my son's advice i would have been duped out of thousands of dollars by a shady business preying on out of town guests to South Carolina. Suffice to say not only would i not recommend their service and their unethical business practices but that type of behavior reflects poorly on the entire Chevy and GM Company and franchise. More
