I had a recall on my vehicle and they gave me a loaner for the inconvenience and also called me a couple of times to keep These guys\gals were great. I had a recall on my vehicle and they gave me a loaner for the inconvenience and also called me a couple of times to keep me posted on what's going on. They made this very easy for me. I've been in sales for more than 15 years and I can appreciate the sales department calling me also to try to get me to upgrade my vehicle. I will bring my vehicle there for everything even oil changes. Great team work! More
Terrible customer service, unorganized, unprofessional Warranty service. I was advised on a prior service that we had one free oil change left on our warranty service but was assured it would not be an issue if it was a couple months past due to keeping low miles on the vehicle. The service tech states she spoke with the service manager-Jesse ( whom I've never met or seen) and he said if I had purchased the vehicle from him originally they would have done it but since I'm a transplant and the car was purchased elsewhere it would not be covered. Just to be clear: there is a sign flashing on the tv stating that they promise to address all your concerns. I was advised the by the service technician to tell Jesse he just made up my mind where I'm not buying my next vehicle. Very disappointed in service managers lack of customer service, and how he didn't even have the professionalism to come speak to me. All third party. Also it took over 40 minutes to get my car back because they had lost the paperwork and keys and the. Found it however never entered any notes. The simple things to keep loyal Chevrolet owners happy are not happening here. UPDATE: The Manager Jesse contacted me directly and apologized for my concern and made good on the dealers word. Lousy service. Had an appointment for 8:30 am today 6/2/2017. Gave them the keys and asked how long- said 45 min.. Waited over 2 hrs. for oil change and tire rotation. Same thing happened to my wife 8 mos. ago with this brand new Chevy Trax we Leased from them. They say they wash them and clean them up as part of the service but never have time to do it or hold you up so long your aggravated and tell them you can wash it yourself. Talked with the owner who basically told me to take it up with service and walked away from me. He seemed too busy doing an advertising shoot outside. More

It was supposed to be a simple fix, but would need to leave for a little while for the "glue" to dry. I dropped it off according to my appointment time, waited 5.5 hrs to call and they had NOT begun the work! When I dropped it off, I informed them that I needed it back in a quick manner as I was going out of town. I was not informed at any time about "another car in front of mine" until I called 5.5 hrs later. Needless to say, I did NOT get my car fixed and got a lot of "I am sorry"!!...that doesn't fix my car or my situation! Never take your car in for body work!!!!!! More

We are Canadians visiting Myrtle Beach, but since we are not familiar with the area, depend on GPS for all our moves. Three days after our arrival we lost power in our car GPS receptacle. Found Myrtle Beach Cadillac on internet and managed to get there. Without an appointment, Matthew was very friendly, understanding and professional. He accepted us and after a short wait we had power for our GPS again. I am so gullible and naive, my bad On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. Upon returning back to our resort my husband noticed some body damage at the top of the passenger side fender. We called the dealership and returned there the very next morning for them to assess the damage. We saw the manager of the dealership and the manager of the body shop, they thought it highly unlikely that the damage was done there, but gave us an estimate between four and five hundred dollars and said they would pay to have it fixed when we returned to our own dealership. Our dealership could not fix it for that amount due to the special nature of the paint (Diamond Glaze) and the fact that to fix it properly they needed to blend in the areas around the paint. After 2 weeks of haggling back and forth they withdrew their offer to pay anything because I had to get Cadillac customer care involved as a mediator between the two dealerships. I don't live in Myrtle Beach so I can't continue this any further. To say that my belief in customer satisfaction and honesty has been shaken to the core is putting it mildly. My recommendation to future customers is don't be gullible and naïve, get everything from this dealership in writing. More
