Bad service, bad business. we purchased our vehicle from this dealer in 2016. Started good slowly got worse and then bad. Services rendered weren’t complete as in no fluids replaced upon services we would h this dealer in 2016. Started good slowly got worse and then bad. Wanted to keep the relationship going we continued to take car for servicing here and tried to purchase a vehicle in 2019 and no one would help after walking in lot 3 times and emailing, no responses so we bought from another dealer. Same car we purchased in 2016 needed repairs…the price was inflated $250 above another dealer that sells same vehicle, half the price to repair?? Recently the same 2016 car had to be taken in for intake and exhaust cam actuators and fuel system cleaning. $550 and $240? $800? Now I felt we were being taken advantage of. Bonnie said Operations Manager would see us and negotiate price of repairs, we were at dealership waiting, nothing. They gave us the key after paying $140 diagnostic fee, again an overcharge) and let us leave no one cared to talk to us. We got the same work complete and an oil change service on the car for $300 less at an official dealership the same day. Poor service. Beware they overcharge and gouge and under deliver. Plenty of other good trustworthy dealers elsewhere in the area that will save you hundreds. More

I had no intention of buying a new car, my car, a Cadillac SRX, was a great car and had nothing wrong with it. I loved how it drove until I drove the new Cadillac XT4 and what a sporty drive it is. I originally went to the Myrtle Beach Cadillac delaership to have my Cue replaced and from the time I walked into the service department to leaving with my new car 1 week later, I was treated with such awesome above and beyond communication,respect and professionalism. The service person Samantha communicated with me throughout my wait time. She checked with me to see if I needed anything throughout my wait time. I started talking with a sales person Brad and the whole experience with him was that, he cared about me and what was best for me. I never felt pressured. I chose to trade my car on my time and knew it’s what I wanted. So I will always buy my cars from Myrtle Beach Cadillac and wil recommend them to all my friends and family. I was on vacation in Surfside, Myrtle Beach for a wedding. We contacted service department, control panel indicators lights came on indicating a major issue. Now here we are visiting from the state of Florida and didn't expect the excellent service we got on that issue with the help of Becki we were completely happy with her interaction with us to notifying us about what the problem was and what was needed. We arrived in Surfside, Myrtle Beach on Sunday morning and this issue happened Sunday afternoon. Once we contacted Becki on Monday morning at 7:30 am she told me to bring the car in immediately so I had the car towed. Once she received the vehicle and the mechanics check the issue she got back to me and informed me what the issue was and what was needed and prices. My vehicle was still under warranty and a extended warranty. She was amazing in dealing with warranty companies and got all things that were covered under the warranty taken care of and to our surprise I didn't spend as much. So I picked up my car and everything running great... Only two day's later my I had to call her back with another issue that occurred. My driver side and passenger side window regulator went out so my window wouldn't go in any direction. Now this happened on the day of my friends wedding like 2 hours before the wedding on the beach. I made the second call to Becki a little stressed and she told me just bring the car in and go enjoy the wedding and I'll let you know what's going on. She had my warranty company on one line talking to them and a Hertz car rental on another phone line. Thanks to her help I was able to make to the wedding on time and I greatly appreciate everything Becki and the techs for having my car done at time that I was told... More

My only complaint is about the run flat tires on my car - a 2017 Cadillac CTS. This has nothing to do with the dealer but I would like GM to reconsider this move. The tire is expensive, it can't be fixed 95% of the time and if you are away from home on a long distance trip you will have a major delay in getting back on the road. More
VERY EXPENSIVE - ask around before you go to them. they told me i needed a new water pump and Kim told me it would cost me $650-$700 and the part it self would cost $350 i asked around and every other they told me i needed a new water pump and Kim told me it would cost me $650-$700 and the part it self would cost $350 i asked around and every other place told me the part actually cost $160 and i got it all done for less than $400 and i also realized i was over charged for a thermostat. i could have gotten it done for $150 less. If you want to save money please go ask around before you go to them. Also most places will check your car for free. Chevy wants $135 More
