Brought in for first oil change they were more interested in the free car wash which I refused next recommended oil change which was only a total of 15,000 miles on the car I did myself when I drained the oi in the free car wash which I refused next recommended oil change which was only a total of 15,000 miles on the car I did myself when I drained the oil out it was black n only 4 quarts two quarts down and the oil filter was still the factory filter on it i really don’t think they even changed anything More

Took my vehicle there to have a paint job because somebody scratched my brand new vehicle. Got an estimate dropped it off it took two weeks longer than it should have. Went to pick it up the paint jo somebody scratched my brand new vehicle. Got an estimate dropped it off it took two weeks longer than it should have. Went to pick it up the paint job was a joke / mess looked like it was painted with a paintbrush. Told the paint shop manager about the issues including the inside of the car was a mess. He said his detailer was on vacation and to bring the vehicle back in 2 weeks to get it repaired/repainted and buffed from all the damage done by them. So after Brad Davis promised this to be fixed and it was paid for in full, now all of a sudden he disappears off the face of the Earth. Can't get a hold of him can't get a hold of their little detailer it's pathetic and ignorant. You guys play games with too many people You're going to end up out of business. And I'll be damned if I wouldn't help do that. More

We broke down as soon as we arrived at our Myrtle Beach campground. Brought our vehicle here and the service department kept our vehicle 4 days to run diagnostics, clear the check engine codes the TCM was giving, and sent us on our way. On the way home, we broke down AGAIN while traveling on I95 with our two babies (a 5 month old and a 3 yr old). It was such a nerve wrecking experience... of course we didn't know where we were, if it was safe, etc. They sent our family on the road knowing they didn't repair anything. We called to speak with the service manager and he pawned us off to an 800 #. We called to speak with the owner/President and he told us he didn't have time to talk with us. To even call it a 'service' department is a joke. They are incompetent, rude, and negligent to say the very very least. More
Dealership damaged my windshield during a standard inspection and oil change. They claimed they couldn’t see anything in their cameras, so they weren’t responsible. Great way to treat veterans. I had the opportunity to work with Becky Holmes service advisor. Becky was my first contact at Myrtle Beach. I found Becky to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Coming from PA. , I have no p advisor. Becky was my first contact at Myrtle Beach. I found Becky to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sungl EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sunglasses and a hunting knife were stolen from our vehicle. It took a WEEK for them to finally return any of my calls about the stolen items and all they could say was that no one had been seen near our car but they were still reviewing footage. At just over a week, they admitted the only people with access to our vehicle were the employees. No apology was ever made about how our items were stolen and at no point did the service manager, Jesse, offer any compensation for these items. Fast forward to a week later when our car starts having the SAME ISSUE it had when we dropped it off. We decided to take it somewhere else and the new mechanic said they never even fixed the problem. They did something completely unrelated and charged us for that instead. When we told the dealership, they couldn't even offer us a free service to fix their screw up and wouldn't even admit they messed up in the first place. So. If you wanna waste a bunch of money and have your things stolen, then this is the place for you. Never ever going back ever again. BY THE WAY--after trying to get answers from them for over a week, they admitted they've had multiple break ins at their service lot and I was told that they had someone actually break in and sleep in one of the cars. Obviously, that was not something we were told prior. PLEASE BE AWARE. More
