I didn't complain...they asked me to take THEIR SURVEY! After THREE TRIPS to get one small item fixed I didn’t think they deserved a satisfactory review. The OWNER of the dealership doesn't call me to help fix HIS problem. I bought the car from this dealership and it’s still under warrantee…and Cadillac allows this??? If Cadillac reports high customer satisfaction, you know why. Anyone who fills out an unsatisfactory review is told not come back. Can you imagine a dealership doing business like this in today’s day and age? As a three time Cadillac owner…NEVER AGAIN! More

I took my 98 corvette into the service department. I asked for a simple oil change and to mount a new set of wheels that I purchased aftermarket. I was told they could do this. When I picked up my car it was filthy dirty and the new wheels were full of smudged grease. I got home and cleaned my car. At this time I noticed fresh damage on the left side rocker panel where the lift had been placed underneath. It was a 1 inch gash that was into the fiberglass. I was told to bring the car back up to the dealership for them to look at it. I was met by the service manager a Mr. McKnight. I took a picture of the damage which you could see it was fresh due to the blistering white fiberglass. Mr. McKnight took my car and drove it back to the service bay which was out of my sight. 10 minutes later I was told to come back to the service bay where my car was. My car was on a lift. At this time Mr. McKnight said that the 1 inch gash looked like old damage. I noticed that now the gash was filled with grease that wasn't there before they took my car back. I confronted Mr. McKnight about this. He just raised his arms up and said "My guys didn't do it" and he walked away. He was very rude and arrogant. I also had said that my car shakes now after they mounted the wheels and I was told you will never be able to balance the wheels because they are aftermarket. I even spoke with the owner of the dealership Louie Rodriguez whom was very arrogant and rude. Mr. Rodriguez denied having damaged my car and told me that my car was just old. He did not offer any apologies or any attempt to make it right. He had a I don't care attitude and very rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY LIE AND WILL COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES!! My vette was a showroom condition car that I took great pride in. More
I visited Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac to purchase a new Cadillac SRX. Rose was my sales person and she was great. But while sitting in the showroom waiting. I watched the owner of the dealership walk new Cadillac SRX. Rose was my sales person and she was great. But while sitting in the showroom waiting. I watched the owner of the dealership walk up to a customer and say "God Bless You", then he walked up to the sales desk where his sons Ryan and Paul (sales managers) were sitting. The three of them began a conversation laughing and cursing about the very same customer. I was shocked to witness such arrogance and snide comments coming from an owner much less his sons toward a customer that just purchased a car from them. Their conversation was shocking. I decided then and there that I would never give them any of my business nor recommend them to anyone. I feel for the employees and customers that these three come in contact with. More

My car began to leave a spot of transmission fluid where it was parked and the rear door would occasionally open from the outside. I took my car in to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet and talked to Rose telling her about the leak and door problem. Rose called me back within a short time saying that some filters were clogged and that it would cost $1600 to get everything straight. When I went in to pick up my car, the actual charges for what I took it in for was $600. They had slammed me with $1000 of unnecessary and unasked for charges. DO NOT GO TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL PAD THE BILL! More

I have had several bad issues with MB Chevrolet, as well as with McElveen Chevrolet in Charleston, but this most recent time was the final straw, and it led me to submit a legal grievance with the BBB. MB C as with McElveen Chevrolet in Charleston, but this most recent time was the final straw, and it led me to submit a legal grievance with the BBB. MB Chevrolet used dishonest sales practices to attempt to convince me I needed 2000$ in repairs. After many previous issues and disappointments with MB Chevrolet (and McElveen Chevy in Charleston), I was under the impression that I still had a warranty and so I wanted to have my car serviced there as I thought it would save me money. The front office manager Rose, as she always is, was rude and curt. She informed me that she would call me when my car was ready and she did not. I had to call her three times; each time I was rudely told that the car had not been looked at. When I finally called, before closing, I was told that it would cost 2000$ to repair my car. Having had problems with MB Chevy, I knew this was a scam. She also told me that, if I drove my car, I would be endangering myself and others and so it was better to leave my car and let them do the repairs. I took my car elsewhere. At this mechanic, he walked me through the prices and the services -- my bill there came to 230$. MB Chevy told me my AC Compressor was ruined -- this mechanic debunked this and told me that my AC Compressor did not need replacing. He laughed at me when I told him MB Chevy's quote and said, "Yeah, they're trying to scam you." This is not the first time I have experienced this ridiculous price gouging with MB Chevy and I have made several complaints, which have gone unanswered. More

The upp This has been one of the worst exp. in a car dealership in my life.( I'm 58), I have been treated like victim of a strong armed robbery. The upper management have been the worst, viable, contemptable liars I have ever met...item after item has ended with more lies and promises. Corporate in Detroit have been fabulous and handled everything with a modicum of decorum. MBC, have gone past the point of miscommunication to harassment and haranguing me to the point of hospitalization. I have had to call the police for answers and explained what they are doing is criminal and I have the right to swear out an arrest warrant for " harassment via telephone" .... I surly thought the days of strong armed sales was over...not at all...go to this dealer and find out...no instead do not go, and save your self and your dignity and your money. Do not think for a minute upper management will help because, they are the main culprits... Thank you for listening and please be warned. I will add a nota Brevis...salesman have been fine...it is the financial manager and above...good luck and do not tell me, you have NOT been warned. PS I have purchased three cars there years ago and it was great. Not now. PPS shop and buy at your own risk... More
