This dealer keeps me safe!! I went in for an oil change on my Cadillac CTS. Very happy with the price they charged me. Most of all happy they checked the car out. My brakes bo I went in for an oil change on my Cadillac CTS. Very happy with the price they charged me. Most of all happy they checked the car out. My brakes both front and rear both had it. I did not realize it. So they informed me of my brake problem then fixed it right then. I had my car back within 90 minutes!!!! I really don't know much about the mechanics of a car so I was grateful that they checked the car out and kept me out of danger, because I am a woman who drives alone at night and I could have lost my brakes and been in serious trouble. Thanks again to the service team at Myrtle Beach Cadillac!!!!! More

Recall My car had a Chevrolet re-call, Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac dealer send me a letter, then another brochure to be sure my car was taking care of. My car had a Chevrolet re-call, Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac dealer send me a letter, then another brochure to be sure my car was taking care of. Ms. Rose the lady at the service department was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice the day I went to order the parts and the day I brought my car for repairs. When I came back the attitude was as good as before, I can say even better, my office had called her to give me a message, she was just waiting for me to give it to me, of course not everybody will be so nice. When I came to the cashier to pick up my keys they couldn't find my paper work, Rose came and process something for the cashier's and I was out in no time A great experience. Thank you More
