I have bought so many new cars I can not count the number but I have to say this may have been the best experience I have ever had buying a car. This is a first class dealership. Mr. Rodriguez is hands on with the customers. This alone is so special. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. You get the best deal and service possible. Pleasant surprise Took car in for what I thought was going to be expensive labor/repair work. Replaced Door Handle / Performed Recall Exterior door handle on the drivers side fell apart (2013 Impala). Although this car wasn't purchased at this dealership they were more than friendly Exterior door handle on the drivers side fell apart (2013 Impala). Although this car wasn't purchased at this dealership they were more than friendly in making the needed repairs to my car. I went expecting to have them tell me they would need to order a new handle and would need a follow-up appointment to get it repaired. 1.5 hours later the handle had been replaced. When I was there they also performed a recall on the Impala for the ignition key. Overall experience was very pleasing and I will certainly use this dealership again. One negative note, I would think that this part would be replaced without charge being it was a 2013 vehicle - even though the car has 40,000 miles on it. Door handles shouldn't fail! More
