They had repaired my hummer and forgot to reconnect hoses I went to a different GM And they repaired them and I was charged. I called and was told by another employee to bring my receipt to Ray for a refund I went to a different GM And they repaired them and I was charged. I called and was told by another employee to bring my receipt to Ray for a refund because it was their negligence. When I got there, Ray was passing the buck; trying to blame the dealer. I was never refunded. I got the run around from Ray. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. More
