Dealership damaged my windshield during a standard inspection and oil change. They claimed they couldn’t see anything in their cameras, so they weren’t responsible. Great way to treat veterans. We just had our first experience with Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac and we were very pleased with the experience. We were there to look at the new trucks when we saw the 2023 Cadillac XT5. I have been buying cars since 1975 and I have to say this is the first time I have dealt with someone that I actually felt was interested and eager to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and not tr is the first time I have dealt with someone that I actually felt was interested and eager to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and not trying to make me purchase something they needed to move off the lot. My salesperson Mark Ackerman provided me the answers to all my questions, never tried to push the sale, did not try and evade any questions and took the time to ensure that even in my indecision I was making the best decision for myself. This will also be the first time I am giving any dealership a 5 star rating. That is being done because generally when I offer criticism the other dealerships listen and then never even attempt to correct the problem(s) but at MBCC everything that I mentioned to Mark was taken into account and changes made almost immediately. I also had very candid and none xx dealings with the person that evaluated my trade and ran some preliminary numbers and the finance specialist that finalized all my final paperwork.
