I am so gullible and naive, my bad On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. Upon returning back to our resort my husband noticed some body damage at the top of the passenger side fender. We called the dealership and returned there the very next morning for them to assess the damage. We saw the manager of the dealership and the manager of the body shop, they thought it highly unlikely that the damage was done there, but gave us an estimate between four and five hundred dollars and said they would pay to have it fixed when we returned to our own dealership. Our dealership could not fix it for that amount due to the special nature of the paint (Diamond Glaze) and the fact that to fix it properly they needed to blend in the areas around the paint. After 2 weeks of haggling back and forth they withdrew their offer to pay anything because I had to get Cadillac customer care involved as a mediator between the two dealerships. I don't live in Myrtle Beach so I can't continue this any further. To say that my belief in customer satisfaction and honesty has been shaken to the core is putting it mildly. My recommendation to future customers is don't be gullible and naïve, get everything from this dealership in writing. More
Waiting room The worst waiting room I ever saw at a dealership. In Albany NY when you go in a Chevy dealer you receive fruit, pastries and coffee. In the Honda dea The worst waiting room I ever saw at a dealership. In Albany NY when you go in a Chevy dealer you receive fruit, pastries and coffee. In the Honda dealer you receive a meal. A Cadillac/Chevy dealer that sells you snacks is as cheap as you can get. The chairs and couches are as cheap as you can get. Yet, you have to pay top dollar for service. I had the 2016 truck for 4 months and already had recalls on it. More

On vacation , bought a new car I live in NewJersey and have vacationed in south Myrtle beach for last 24 years, love the water,love the golf and the people. Well I tried to purchase a2014 CTS coup 2 years ago here in NJ ,my local dealer didn't have one in stock ,said they found one in Richmond Va. but it was too far away to get ( 300 mi) no deal went to Myrtel for vacation met Fernando Flores at Myrtle beach Chevrolet Cadillac ,Fernando found 2014 CTS coup for me in none other then Richmond Va.(300 mi away) said no problem picked it up on the way home . Move forward to 2016 could no find a dealer who in NJ to deal with ,so back to Myrtle beach Cheverolet Cadillac to buy 2017 XT5 Best dealership I'v delt with in 45 years Thanks to Lou,Fernando and all More
