Replacement of a run flat tire Christina handled the service work and Sarah provided the complimentary ride from my home to the dealer after the tire was replaced. My only complaint is about the run flat tires on my car - a 2017 Cadillac CTS. This has nothing to do with the dealer but I would like GM to reconsider this move. The tire is expensive, it can't be fixed 95% of the time and if you are away from home on a long distance trip you will have a major delay in getting back on the road. More
