Exceptional experience! I went into the dealership pessimistic at best expecting pushy sales like I've had in the past and ready to just walk out if I wasn't comfortable . I knew what type of car i wanted and what monthly payment was in my budget. They met and exceeded my expectations and even got me a lower interest rate than what I was paying on my trade in! The dealership was inviting, clean, quiet and even the soft music was soothing. Every employee I spoke with or met in passing was friendly and smiling. Charles Crawford was my salesperson. He is professional, funny, engaging and easy to talk to. He gets 5 stars all by himself! I walked in at 6:30pm and drove away in new car a few minutes after 8pm. The longest wait was on the bank financing that took 20 to 30 minutes, if that. The finance/paperwork guy (I don't remember his name) was plesent, funny and very organized. He made the mountain of paperwork a breeze to understand and get through. I had an exceptional and suprisingly wonderful experience at this dealership. Thank you myrtle beach Chevrolet Cadillac! Easy, comfortable, no pressure. The day we bought our Traverse, was our 2nd trip to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. On our first trip, we met Ryan Rodriguez. The one thing we like t The day we bought our Traverse, was our 2nd trip to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. On our first trip, we met Ryan Rodriguez. The one thing we like the least about looking for cars is the pressure that some sales people put on you. We didn't experience any of that from Ryan. In fact, it was actually an enjoyable conversation like I was talking to a friend. We weren't quite ready to purchase so, I told Ryan that we would be back. A few days later, we went to another foreign car dealer and, wasted practically half the day trying to make a deal. We were yanked in all different directions. They clearly were not willing to sell or lease a vehicle to us. My wife got really upset when the sales person we were dealing with, took on another customer while working with us. It didn't really bother me as much as it did my wife. Anyway, on our way back home, I suggested we stop in to see Ryan about the Traverse, as we both really liked it. We met with Ryan, he was excellent to deal with and, he even checked on our lease to see if we could get out of it now. Very much to our surprise, we could. We didn't think we could get out of it until Jan. or Feb. when our lease was up.That was awesome news , and the rest was history. He even made it possible to bring our Traverse back for two cleanings since it was raining. One more thing, it was raining and I have heard that, it is good luck to buy your car when it is raining. So, it turned out to be a great day when we stopped in to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. Also, Bill Basile made the paper signing easy..Thanks everyone... More
